Does anyone know the official time needed from a 10K to get moved up out of the last corral. There is one on thanksgiving here I might run, for that reason, but if there is no way I can do the time, will save the entry fee and just do the distance alone. THANKS!
...probably a good idea...but she trained my BF the same way and took him up to 11 miles before he started to taper right before the race, so I'm assuming that's what she's doing for me.
I have just come off a 2 week break due to illness. I was so happy to complete a 4.5 mile run yesterday afternoon. My pace was just over 11 min, which is good for me especially after 2 weeks off. Im definitely going to do some light cross training today. My legs are a little tired, but not sore.
