And one more - fingernail clipping. I'm convinced that those nails are going to jump and hit me.
Its just gross and then to have to listen to it on the train too!!
I think I need help.

My pet peeve is simple. Bosses. I had a good one during my longest lasting and best job but they've all been horrible for various reasons since then. I continue to wonder about the Management that promotes these people.

Smaller pet peeve? I would agree with the smell of burnt popcorn. That stuff lingers!

I seem to remember a Post-it issue a while ago...

OMG...don't get me started on Post-It girl. I finally decided that issue wasn't an office pet peeve...it was a glimpse into the inner workings of her mind...a glimpse I didn't ask for and didn't want!!

In high school I worked in retail. I was helping a customer and asked her last name. She said,"fdjfddk". I said could you repeat and get "fdfkdj". I said could you spell it and she said in a mean tone "SMITH". Well why not annunciate better next time. For the life of me I did not even know it started with an S.

My biggest pet peeve: co-workers (one in particular)who don't answer their phone and then I get stuck with the call or my department gets paged to pick the call up. I work in an open cube with 2 other people, one of them will be sitting at her desk, phone rings, she looks at her caller ID and keeps doing whatever. 30 seconds later my phone rings, huh how funny is that? Do you think maybe it's the call that she ignored?? Drives me insane!! Okay, I feel better now.
