Offical Big Brother 10 Thread--Spoilers Welcome

I have to say that challenge was unnecessarily disgusting! I'm surprised how fast the game play heated up. Brian...what a fool!

OK eww and yuck Jesse playing with his nipple hair in the HOH room when they all confronted Jerry. Gag!

I really hope Brian goes home

Oh and I think they have it on Wed because Survivor should strat while BB is still going, so they need the Thursday night slot open.

I like Brian; I just think he pushed too hard, too soon. He made the old man look like a puppet - bad move, Brian.

I HATE Renny! What's with all the wigs and headbands?! She looked like a "flapper" at the Veto Ceremony. She is just a witch. She may have "apologized" to Jesse that evening, but it was mighty insincere. Not a fan of Jesse either.

Hmmm just saw this rumor on jokers :goodvibes :

Big Brother 9 winner, Adam, is said to be coming back for a guest appearance in one of the episodes of Big Brother 10.

Wonder if this will happen :happytv:

:) And here's a little article on Steven with info from his sister (he's 36!):

RIDE ‘EM COWBOY!: As the only openly gay houseguest on this season of ‘Big Brother,’ Steven Daigle may be a lightning rod for conservative barbs — but don’t expect him to seek out any conflicts, says his sister.
All week, Lisa Sturgeon has been telling everyone she knows that her little brother is now a big brother.

Well, sort of. Last week, Sturgeon’s younger half-brother, Steven Daigle, was swept away by producers to be one of the 13 contestants on the new season of the reality show “Big Brother.”

“All my friends are very excited,” she says proudly. “He has a larger than life personality, whether it’s his gay bull-riding or riding horses or modeling.” He even attended a Christmas Eve dinner at Denny’s wearing bright purple nail polish after he allowed Sturgeon’s daughter to give him a “holiday makeover.”

And all this has Sturgeon a little worried.

“He just turned 36, but he’s going on 18,” she winks. “He’s the fun-loving, young, never-grow-up, looking-for-the-party, avoid responsibility type.” There are already promotional teasers “where he talks about being flirty.”

Which means he could well be fodder for the editors of “Big Brother,” who have a history of sowing conflict to achieve the most drama possible.

“We had a come to Jesus meeting before he left. I know they are gonna paint him in a bad light, so I told him when he was leaving, ‘Just don’t do anything you wouldn’t do or say in front of Grandmother.’”

Sturgeon says it is Daigle’s personality to avoid conflict, but as the only openly gay houseguest on the show, it’s likely he’ll be put in positions where he can’t escape it.

“With him being gay and there being a Catholic teacher [in the house], I have a feeling they will be pitted against each other — that and the older guy who’s a retired ex-Marine,” she says. Their father is also an ex-military, and has had a difficult time discussing Daigle’s homosexuality, says Sturgeon.

Reality shows often pigeonhole contestants in “roles;” The slut, the snake, the sissy. So how will Daigle play the game?

“He’s certainly not the villainous type,” she offers. “I think he’s gonna try to be everybody’s friend and establish alliances that way. I expect he’ll [gravitate toward] Libra the liberal; the Hooters chick (they always love gay guys because they never hit on ‘em!); and the hairdresser from Metarie, because we’re from Louisiana. Then I think he’s gonna lay low. But I could be wrong. I really want to talk about it after this first show.” (Sturgeon and Daigle’s best friend, Rick Woodard, will be sharing their thoughts about Daigle in exclusive interviews with the Dallas Voice every week.)

This isn’t the first time Daigle has auditioned for a reality show — “he’s always wanted his 15 minutes of fame,” his sister says — but it’s ironic that he’s hardly the only gay Dallasite making waves on reality TV this summer. Daigle will be competing for attention with Daniel Evans from “Shear Genius” and Marion on the new season of “Project Runway,” which starts Wednesday.

This article appeared in the Dallas Voice print edition July 11, 2008.

They're putting it on Wednesdays to mess me up when I want to watch So You Think You Can Dance.

Steven's 36?!!! I never would have expected that. I know they show their ages during the previews and intro's but I guess I was just never paying attention. 36 is still young but I could have sworn he was in his 20's! Anyway, Brian's an idiot. You can't turn the entire house against each other the very first week. There's still too many people left and the word's sure to spread. I was rooting Libra on last night when she found out! That was awesome and I loved how the "player got played!" :lmao:

I can't stand Dan and I don't mind Brian but I don't think he's got a chance in hell to make it past this week. If he does I'll be very surprised. Renny also gets on my nerves, ugh. My favorites right now are Michelle, Angie, Libra, Memphis and Steven. I also like April, Keesha, Jessie and Ollie. Jerry's on the fence for me now. He seems like a sweet guy but there's something kind of... off about him. That baby story made NO sense. Ripping a baby in half so each mother could get a piece isn't the same situation as putting two people on the block and having everyone make Jerry's decision. That was all-together the wrong anology and it was definitely a weird one. And it's not just an "age is wisdom" thing because my grandma's hooked on the show, and she's 70 and was like :confused3

I can't wait for tonight's show!

I never would have guessed that Steven is 36! I don't really know who I like or dislike at this point. I am not a big Renny fan, but I think she comes on hard and fast, so who knows.

I really think Brian thinks he is the next coming of Dr Will. Libra hit that nail on the head. He was just walking around like he was president of the house. At least keep your mouth shut! Come on!

My word! Did anyone catch BBAD last night? Something is going on between Keesha and April! I dozed off, so I didn't see how it happened, but Keesha went off on April, accusing her of talking smack about her. She came unglued. Somehow, Libra is involved too. April seemed confused/Keesha seems jealous of April - taking all the blonde attention, maybe?

I'm gonna go check Morty's site to see what they say.

I think you're right, Keesha's jealous. From what she's been saying the past few nights on BBAD, she thought she was the second coming of Daniele - the young, pretty blond girl who could walk around the house whining, playing with her hair and getting all the boys attention. She's done a good job of the first two () but she was taken back to see another young, pretty blond girl in the house, and she's already getting more attention from everyone. I think April thought the same thing, though, and it's catty girl drama and they both just hate each other. I don't know whose side I'm on yet...

Either way, when it comes to the girls I'm rooting for Michelle and Angie! Michelle's like the house mama, always taking care of everyone. I love her!

Late jumping on board here this season

Now to go back and catch up on all the good stuff

I just watched the sox puppet video and it was HYSTERICAL!!!! :lmao:

Whether it made sense or not he was rude to roll his eyes when an "adult" was trying to talk to him. Sorry, I was raised to respect my elders which I understand nowadays is a lost art.

Man, these videos need a WARNING!! The cuss words start flying from the very beginning! My son screamed from the next room "WHAT ARE YOU WATCHING!!" :happytv:

That is so true. I thought the cussing was bad in BB9. But, they've got nothing on this new crew. And the one that surprises me the most is Jerry. He cusses like a sailor!:rotfl2:

Um, respecting your elders isn't a lost art these days. Sure there are bratty kids but they've been around forever. I didn't see Jessie as being rude :confused3 They both stood there and listened to the story before going on their way. It's a game; they can't go around handing things to Jerry just because he's older.

The drama is starting pretty early with this bunch. Keesha is definitely jealous of April. She figured she was the blonde bombshell of the season and that role seems to have been filled by April. Having said that, April went off on her first because she thought Keesha was switching votes. April got paranoid because Keesha wanted to talk to Jerry in private in the HOH. Turns out Keesha has constipation problems and Jerry was trying to get a laxative for her from BB (TMI, I know. ) I guess Angie was also trying to sway Keesha's vote towards Brian and this caused some of the paranoia.

Something about Michele I don't like. From watching AD, she just seems to be in everyone's business, even when they want to be left alone. I guess her intentions are good, but it's a bit too much for me. Whenever something happens...."Are you ok?", even when it's obvious that they are not. "Let me hug you.". Comes off fake to me for some reason.

I agree w/ you Robin. I also thought it was extremely rude. I think the camera man did too by the way he zoned in on Jessie's face.

I can't stand Jessie but you have to remember that this show is extremely edited and that scene may have been manipulated to make it seem like he rolled his eyes at that exact moment.
