Offer accepted and sent to Disney for ROFR!

Hi,
We have taken the plunge and are in the process of buying DVC for the first time. We are buying resale via the Timeshare Store.

Our first offer was accepted today, paperwork signed and emailed back and just been informed that it has been submitted to Disney for their 'Right of First Refusal' - all in one day and on a Sunday!

Fingers crossed it doesn't get snapped up by Disney!

Thanks to everyone on here for all the patient advice in making this decision, especially Dean and Bill.

If it's been sent to ROFR then the only one who could take it is Disney. No one can outbid you at this point. Good luck on your 30 days.

We have gone for Boardwalk Villas.

Location, location, location
Plus the option of "cheaper" standard view plus Boardwalk view option.

And a lot of good reviews from DVC members.
