Um...I don't understand. All those words start with a Q and ARE followed by a U..... qruthie is the only one that isnt'! I'm confused.

I believe he means qintar ( a form of currency ), qaid, and qat.
Absolutely the most useful words to know when playing scrabble!

Ok, so I'm driving to Disneyland last Thursday. Going from one freeway to the next. Right at the exit, this blonde in a beamer cuts me off to take the same exit. I gave her the "WHAT *ARE* YOU DOING?" hand (no not the finger). Then I started busting up laughing because I realized I was wearing my gold mickey ears (as were my kids). It's difficult to have road rage while wearing mickey ears.

So I think they should hand out ears when you get or renew your license and then make all drivers wear them. And poof! No more road rage.

Huh, huh? I think Walt would approve.

Mickey ears rule. I actually get strange looks AT DISNEY WORLD for wearing my Pooh ears. Ok, I know I'm 27...but it's DISNEY WORLD! This one kid asked his Mommy if he could get "Simba Ears" like mine. I ignored it until she asked me where I got my cute Lion King ears. I simply said "it's Pooh". I got a strange look. I realized what I said and added, "I mean, they are Winnie the Pooh ears, not Simba". She laughed. One of my favorite things to do at Disney is find a kid wearing a Winnie the Pooh shirt and say "hey, you've got Pooh on your shirt!" I always get an odd look from the kid. The parent(s) either laugh, or give me a strange/scared look and slowly pull their child away from me. Where are these peoples' sense of humor, huh?

I've gotten the "What are you doing?" look from concerned parents too at Disneyland...especially when engaging their child in singing Disney songs before a parade, fireworks, etc.

About the parenting thing, I have an interesting story from my Knott's Berry Farm trip yesterday. I was taking my little brother through the "Peanut's Playhouse" in the Camp Snoopy section...known for it's sized for kids between 5-10 slides and whatnots (and ghosts, but that's another story) when we went up some stairs to a slide. It's a pitch black twisty slide from the upper floor, and this father keeps telling his kid to go down the "whee." By this point the kid is starting to get really nervous and is screaming not go down the slide. So...the dad takes the kid and puts him into the slide. So the kid goes down about 3 feet and stops himself and proceeds to wail inside the slide. After a little bit of the dad talking to the kid from the bottom of the slide to come down, I take it upon myself to get in the slide and help him down. Jamming my 5'9" body into the 36" inch wide slide, I scoot down to the kid and hold his hand as he went down the slide. He got down in one piece...I however twisted myself in a very awkward position bending my neck into directions it really isn't supposed to go in.

...And the dad tells me, as I lie exhausted and kind of hurting on the ground, "Thanks for helping him out. I didn't want to go in the slide." ZOMG.

Sorry to repost this, but can someone please help me with your opinions on this? I have not gotten ANY responses and although you guys probably do not care at all...I like to get opinions and I'm getting to the point where I want to run things by my DIS friends before I make a decision! I have a very short time to decide b/c I want to have my hair the way it's going to be when I start my new job! So should I cut and dye it or not? Please help!!! Thank you!

P.S. In the blond pic I have very light pink highlights in my hair, but I would not do that again. Just blonde.

I have a "poll" of sorts. My hair is long and red now, like in my sig picture. I'm thinking about going short and blonde again (my natural color), tomorrow or maybe next week sometime. I would like some opinions on whether or not I should do this! I like it short, but it has been growing for so long I'm kinda scared to cut it again.
Check out this old picture, its about what my hair would look like if I change it (except for the bangs, I would have short pieces in front but no bangs...I know they look bad). But the length and general style is what I would be going for. Sorry it's such a goofy pic but it's the only one I could find with the hairstyle I'm thinking about going for.
Your opinions are greatly appreciated! you can PM me if you want so this thread won't be taken over with junk about my hair.

Yes, I realize my tongue is hanging out in every picture. Like I have said before, I am a weirdo. But MOST people do not have a problem with the tongue ring.

Ice Station Cool is back, without the ice, with a new name...but the drinks are back!!!

I really liked Ice station cool. I am really really disapointed on "Club Cool" The drinks are still the same. The horrific Beverly and my favorite the smart watermellon. It went from something that could allow you to cool off and get some free drinks now it is just boring. They had to take the snow away because some crazy people decided to run in the ice room and then they slipped. I wish they would have taken more time and come up with something better than "club cool"

my aunt has gone to Florida today

once when we went we got lost at the resort

we went to the magic kingdom and we had fast passes for BTMRR but half the group wanted to eat as we were going to fort wilderness to do that

so they went and we had 2 rides then we took the bus to wilderness lodge then the bus from there to fort wilderness

then we found out the lunch was not on anymore so we decided to go get a bus to DTD but we didn't know how

then i found out and we took a bus to this other part of fort wilderness and waited for a bus then we got the bus to DTD

we then waited for another bus to OKW hoping that the other half had gone back so we got the bus and got there but nobody was there

this took about an hour

the other half came about quarter hour later saying they took the boat and i don't remember the rest
