Off Topic but do you (women) wear make-up while at the parks

just eyeliner, mascara and eyeshadow. Also something that has sunblock for your lips. I use sunblock for my face and body.

I can't imagine why I would since I am sure I will be working up a sweat, but my SIL is getting ready to pack and is concerned about where to put all her beauty products. I keep joking w/her that her make-up alone will put her over the baggage limit!! I would probably throw some one for dinner etc. etc. but that would be about it.

Count me in...Bare Minerals here too. It has SPF and doesn't come off when I sweat. A smidgen of eyeliner, a bit of mascara and I swear by Cover Girl Outlast lipstick. It stays on allllllll day long and all I have to do is re-apply some top coat once in a while. Have to look good for Mickey! :rotfl:

I also do because of the photo opts. My foundation had a sunscreen in it, so that's a plus. And honestly I really haven't noticed my mascara or eye liner really causing any problems. Though I haven't gone in the dead of summer for at least 10 years.

During the day i go lite on the makeup because im noramlly already tan.. At night i like to wear my makeup and look nice when we go out to dinner ;)

Neutrogena sunscreen, and lots of eye makeup and tinted lip balm. I have some new stuff that has a frost to it and I really love it! It's called pearl soft lips. i usually see it in the check out at Publix or Kroger.

Yes I do but I also don't go to WDW when it's 150 degrees.

I put on my regular MAC studio tech, bronzer, lip gloss and eyeliner. I do my hair too. This is what I do every single day unless I"m going out to a nice place then I add in a bit more makeup. There is no reason for me to look a hot mess just because I'm at WDW. :lmao: Plus I will be in pictures..HELLO!

Count me in as another who wears make-up as well. I wear Bare Minerals foundation, a swipe of mascara and some chapstick to keep my lips from getting sunburn.

At home, I wear eyeshadow and blush, but skip those for the parks. With all of the running around and sun, if you aren't naturally flushed within the first 15 minutes of being there---you might want to check your pulse!! :goodvibes

:thumbsup2 Me too. Bare Minerals is the best vacation make-up.

I HATE wearing make up in general, and I never wear it. Very rarely, much to my mother's horror even now. Hehe. Anyway, while at disney, I am caked up in neutrogeana (sp?) sunscreen, and I do wear lipstick for the pics.

Just moisturizer with spf and some chapstick usually. I might throw on some bare naturals foundation, a bit of blush and bit of eyeshadow for an evening dinner, but that's it.

No way! But I do wear sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen, lip gloss and a great pair of sunglasses(you'll look fabulous)...my friend the make-up artist taught me that :goodvibes

No makeup - just sunscreen! I figure I won't see anyone I know - but actually, I have seen people I know while at WDW. Even ran into our neighbors one year. Have also seem my pharmacist and a high-school friend. It's a small world after all!

I only wear sunscreen and lip gloss. Why bother wearing makeup when you are going to sweat it off?

Nope. I am on vacation plus I go in September and it is hotter than hades so it wouldn't really last :)

I wear makeup, because I wouldnt be comfortable without it! I don't sweat much, so that isnt a big deal and I wear a smudge proof foundation, so it stays put all day!

I wear makeup to go out to the mailbox!!! So yeah, I wear makeup in the parks. I wear Bare Minerals and it seems to stay on pretty good.

I do wear full makeup for everyday life. However, at WDW, during the heat of summer, I only wear tinted moisturizer with sunscreen, waterproof mascara, and Cover Girl Outlast lipstick. I guess I don't think I look that bad with just that (for photo purposes), plus it is highly unlikely that I will encounter anybody I know, and even if I do, who cares, it's my vacation!!! At night, though, I usually do put on a full face when going out to dinner.

If it's HOT, no way. But last year, I went in Nov. and it was actually cold enough that I didn't sweat, so I did wear it then.

Nope. No makeu pin the parks for me. I don't wear makeup everyday at home anyway (just to work, usually or out to dinner with my husband)

While I like the way I look with makeup on (duh, otherwise why would I wear it?!) I also don't think I look hideous without it. Especially in a hot, active environment.

I can speak on behalf of my DW because after 14 years I know her makeup habits. She will not wear makeup in the parks. She will not even take any to Florida. DW only wears a little makeup sometimes if we are going out somewhere fancy. She is blessed with beautiful skin, and most people think she is at least 10-15 years younger than she is--sometimes 20. She doesnt like to cover up her natural beauty.

Usually no make-up, but thanks to the 3 huge cystic acne bumps on my face now I will be wearing makeup in the parks next week. I'm 42, why am I getting these now?:confused3
