Off Site Stroller Rentals

What off site stroller rental options does WDW have? How is this all done?

I've used A Baby's Best Friend. You book what you need in advance on their website and they will deliver right to where you're staying (Disney resort or offsite hotel, vacation rental, etc) and pick it up when you're done. I've only done it while renting a house offsite so I'm not sure the particulars of how they deliver to Disney resorts.

We use Kingdom Strollers and have never had any issues. Clean working strollers at a reasonable price. You state in the order form which resort and what time you arrive and which resort and time you depart. You’re stroller will be waiting at Bell Services and you will return it to Bell Services before you depart. I always get the rain cover and insurance just in case but have never had a problem. If you choose insurance read through the agreement to understand how it works.

are there any special offers or coupons for these folks? Their prices seem to be fixed at $70-75 depending on the # of days

We have always used Orlando Strollers and have been very pleased with both the price and the service.

Just be aware that WDW resorts had a delivery policy change this fall -- only ScooterBug is allowed to utilize Bell Services for pick-up and return, all other vendors will meet you in person. There is a vendor (Orlando Stroller Rental?) with an airport location now. I can't give first-hand info about that, maybe someone else can.

Have you had any recent issues with them? Was looking at their FB page and a few recent reviews have said they received dirty strollers and had to wait until the next day for a new one

I just went through the Kingdom Stroller page and noticed that they have select times where the company has to meet the customer at resort for pick up and drop off.

Some vendors have a set schedule of when they will deliver to each resort, and you can choose a time; others will customize a meet with you. This is all fairly new (since Nov. 1st). Feedback may be spotty for a bit because people who had their reservations in place prior to the change are "grandfathered" to still allow delivery via Bell Services.
