Off property food and drink

We are renting a DVC 1 BR in 11/06.

Canyone recommend an off property place to buy food, drinks and booze ? Do they have liquor stores in Florida sell beer or do you have to buy beer in the supermarket?

What villa will you be staying in? The closest grocery store to OKW and SSR is in the Crossroads, but it is very expensive. There is a Winn-Dixie, Publix, and Super Walmart a few miles from SSR or OKW.

You can buy beer and wine in the grocery stores in Florida. There is a liquor store close to the Winn-Dixie.

Also, you could use a grocery delivery service.

I heard the delivery service is expensive, so I think we will go off property.

I've never stayed at VWL, but I hope to in the next year or two. I can't tell you which is the closest grocery store to VWL, but if you don't get an answer here, post your question on the DVC-Mousecellaneous board. I guarantee one of the VWL experts will be able to help you.
