We will be staying at Westgate Lakes the first week of June. MY Wife and I and our 5 y/o. Is it worth renting a car or should we use Ceasrers transportation for $13 round trip which leaves from the timeshare. Is parking a hassle at WDW or is taking a cab or the bus easier.

I am not looking for the cheapist way but looking for the least aggrevating way for a busy family of 3.

We will be going to WDW 2 to 4 days and to Sea World and Universal.

Thanks in Advance!

Hi - we always rent a car (even when we stayed on-property). I don't find parking to be a hassle at any of the parks and we like to have the convenience of having our own car to come and go as we please. We can go where we want, when we want and without crowds. It just works for us :)
We also leave extra things in the car sometimes (like a change of clothes) so if the unexpected happens (clothes get soaked, diaper leaks, something rips, etc...) one of us jumps a tram to the parking lot and grabs the stuff.

I agree, if your only concern is "least aggravating" then renting a car is the best!! We stay on property, on the monorail even--(the Polynesian) and always rent a car. I think especially since you are planning days at SeaWorld, a car will be best for you. When we drive to any of the other parks, Ak, MGM, Epcot, whatever, we are always out of the parking lot so fast, I know the bus could not possibly be any better. I also think that if you are staying offsite, a car would be a million times better than waiting for a shuttle that probably serves more than one hotel.

We are not staying at WDW so what about the cost of parking?

Is our best bet to go tothe park we are going to or going to the TTC and going from there?

Thanks

Dana

Cost of parking is $7 daily. If you park hop you just show your receipt at the next park that day and you won't have to pay again.

Still the best way to do it if you are staying off site.
