# of Room Avail.

Does anyone know if there is a spot to see how many of each room type exists at each resort? (Only DVC rentals of course).

I'm thinking it will help me with some long range points planning for our upcoming extended family trip. (I.e. chances of gran villa v. 2 2BR's)

Don't have the exact breakdown(somebody else might) but here is total villas for each WDW DVC resort below.

WLV -136 villas
BCV - 205 villas
BWV- 383 villas
OKW - 704 villas
BCV-208 villas

It would be in the public offering statement book you should have received when you bought. It maybe out of date if you didn't buy recently. Mine is from 1999, so it's old info, maybe someone who bought recently could post.

Due to lockoff units which can be split into two rooms, you need to keep in mind that the # of units does not equal the # of possible rooms.

Here is the info I have been able to compile:

WLV - 20 Dedicated Studios - 27 Dedicated 1Bdrm - 44 Dedicated 2Bdrm - 45 Lockoffs - 0 Grand Villas = 136 Units / 181 Max. Available Rooms

BWV - 97 Dedicated Studios - 130 Dedicated 1Bdrm - 0 Dedicated 2Bdrm - 149 Lockoffs - 7 Grand Villas = 383 Units / 532 Max. Available Rooms

OKW - 0 Dedicated Studios - 0 Dedicated 1Bdrm - 274 Dedicated 2Bdrm - 230 Lockoffs - 27 Grand Villas = 531 Units / 761 Max. Available Rooms

HHI - 0 Dedicated Studios - 0 Dedicated 1Bdrm - 76 Dedicated 2Bdrm - 21 Lockoffs - 5 Grand Villas = 102 Units / 123 Max. Available Rooms

VB - 0 Dedicated Studios - 0 Dedicated 1Bdrm - 18 Dedicated 2Bdrm - 36 Lockoffs - 6 Grand Villas - 112 Inn Rooms = 172 Units / 208 Max. Available Rooms

BCV - Sorry - The info I have for this resort is incomplete. My notes show 208 Units but I don't have a complete breakout.

It's 20% standard and 80% preferred but don't know if the breakdown is spread evenly across the room types.
