Hi going on Wish in 3 weeks, Plantinum members who couldn't get reservation (Not sure how!!!!).

Just wondering the odds of getting res once we board.

Thanks

I would say it’s highly likely something will open the night before. You will see cancellations. I believe a good quantity of ADRs are held back and you can add your name to a waitlist onboard as well. Do you have an early PAT? Connect to the free WiFi immediately once onboard and search. Do post back.

As @Disturbia said, very high.. we've only been to Palo Brunch by booking onboard.. never been able to book online even when we became platinum.. We've done 7-8 Palo brunch and all have been booked while on board.. now Palo dinner or Remy/Enchante is another story... we've never been able to get to those, even while platinum, which is weird..

There is also apparently some sort of tech glitch that's affecting Palo reservations. Pearl booking just opened up for the EBTA and no one could get a brunch booking-with that many sea days that's crazy! People said they were booking for one at a time and that seemed to work (but really is a workaround and not the most effective). Not sure if that's what happened to you or not, but that is a 'thing.'

As to odds of getting something once onboard: if it's a glitch, then there's likely a lot of open tables that just couldn't be booked online. If it's truly that everything booked up ahead of time, you've still got a shot as they hold some slots back. As suggested, check the app as soon as you get to port, and then head to Dining Changes (usually in Luna on the Wish, but it'll be listed in the app so confirm there) to see if you can grab one!

There is always a chance as they do have openings on board. When we sailed the Wish as Platinum, while we were able to book Palo it was later than I like (only 1 option was available to book in advance). Upon boarding we went to the dining change area and checked tot see if anything else was available. They had to change the day for us (which was fine) but got us a 10:30 spot. so there were definitely openings.

I would try calling or chatting with Disney to see if the have openings. Something similar happened on my booking and I had to call in to get Palo booked for brunch and dinner.

Thanks, I tried to call no luck, Im hoping there wont be an issue once we get on board.

We did a last minute cruise last year and all of Palo brunch reservations were taken. We are platinum too. We went immediately to where they were taking Palo reservations once we got onboard. We did not have any trouble getting one then.

I'm in the same boat right now! I'm trying to book Palo Brunch, but it isn't showing up at all (I can see Dinner, and everything for Remy. But no Brunch). So I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I can get something onboard, should it not pop up online

Update Enchante Brunch was available today, originally took reservation but 2nd thought canceled it.

Are you checking sea days? If it was available but is sold out, it should still be showing (it will say sold out). I just learned this week that Palo doesn't have brunch on most port days. It was our first time booking it, so I'd never thought about it before.

I don't think you're correct, brunch is only on sea days, and I have been to Palo before, also saw video on YouTube, for wish, on sea day

It can vary by itinerary, but brunch is absolutely offered during some port days. My family and I had Palo brunch on the Wish while in Nassau in 2023.
The information I got from was that it is occasionally offered in Nassau because so many people do not get off the ships.

I've checked all 5 days. It doesn't come up for any of them

On the Norwegian Fjords in 2022 they offered it on a port day (Alesund), we docked around 10.30/11am so we had brunch and then got off the ship. I’ve seen it on (I think) the Grand Cayman port day too.

We're Platinum, and have been on 4 Wish cruises. Not once were we able to get a Palo brunch reservation, in advance or onboard. We opted for dinner instead, but love brunch. The shorter cruises' days go by so quickly, so we looked at it as more time to enjoy the day. :)
