Hello!!! Last night I saw a commercial for new Disney resort rates and they showed two kids getting up in the morning, with a big what looked like a mural of the characters on the wall. THey then go to their parent's room and they also have the wall mural in their room. I am trying to figure out what resort this is they are in. I am thinking it is a value resort, but I'm not sure. Any of your help is GREATLY appreciated!! Thank you

p.s I am not sure if this is where to post this?? Hope I'm ok here!!:teeth:

Sorry, don't have an answer, but my kids and I saw this and also wondered about it! I first thought it was a Value too, but with the seperate rooms it almost looked like a suite.
I'm hopeing someone knows! Silly things like this drive me crazy!

I think that they are still at home. They are so into all things Disney that they both have Disney rooms. They are waking up to go to WDW. At least that was my take. Could be wrong. I mean, there are Mickey lamps on the tables. None of that in WDW to my knowledge.

We've seen those commercials too! I highly doubt any rooms in WDW look like that - for one, the lamps themselves would be stolen out of the rooms LOL!:p

I stayed at a Value resort this year, and that's not a value resort. It must be their house.

My whole family saw the commercial, and they all looked over at me, I am the only Disney nut in the house.

I saw the dates, and these prices and dates were posted on the DIS over a month ago. Doesn't the commercial though show the ouside of Pop Century?

I assumed (yeah, I know) that it was Pop Century because I knew it wasn't ASM etc. At the bottom of the screen there was a notation that 2 rooms were being shown.

The exterior shots in the commercial shows ASMu. The Building with the maracas on it is one of the Calypso buildings. the Pool is the main pool at ASMu.

Well shucks, at least I know how I am going to paint my new room now!!! :hyper:

Thanks for the help!!

The commercial is about getting in an hour early if you stay at Disney resorts, so I assumed they were getting up early for early entry. So they would have to be at a resort. At least the commercial I saw.

That's exactly what I thought!!!

i've stayed at pop and there's no mickey lamps or murals on our walls.

If you look at the commercial carefully, the rooms have balconies and a view of Cinderella's Castle!!

No value resorts have a view of the castle or a private balcony. Plus, only CR, Poly and GF have rooms w/ full castle views. An none have that headboard/mural of the characters.

Saw this commercial too, and thought maybe it was the Grand Floridian.;)
