October reservations: Which parks for which days?

We will be in Orlando in October (staying off-site and arriving 17th and leaving 23rd) and trying to figure out which parks are best for which days. We are not doing Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. This is what we are currently thinking but wondering if there is anything that we should consider differently:

Tuesday October 18th: Epcot
Wednesday October 19th: Magic Kingdom
Friday October 21st: Hollywood Studios
Saturday October 22nd: Animal Kingdom

This is a great debate for us.....We will be there Oct 19-23
It's a working vacation for me so the family is on their own during the day. (I have a huge work project going on until the end of the year ... pending what I can get done beforehand, will determine my availability.)
Additionally our flight keeps changing.

Wednesday October 19 ---- MK is a consideration as its open until midnight for deluxe hotel guests.
Thursday October 20 ---- Pool Day
Friday October 21 -- ??
Saturday October 22 --- Possibly Epcot
