October Exercise Challenge

I have been unable to check in due to some techinical issues (%$#%#$ neighbors cut my cable) I have not been able to post. I will update tomorrow morning. Keep moving!!!

I'm going to be honest and not count the last 5 lay-on-the-floor-go-to-your-happy-place minutes, so 75 today.

I dropped out of the challenge but want everyone to know Im still keeping up my workouts
5 hour long classes per week and 2.5 hrs on the treadmill per week
