October Exercise Challenge


Add another 108 minutes for me the last few days. Now I'm 344/720.

350/1100 today. It was just a quick trip to the gym, but every little bit helps!
 
I am now at 690/1500. :banana:

I haven't done anything yet today but I do want to get moving at some point. Most likely after dinner. We leave for our trip on Thurs, so even though I will be doing a fair amount of exercise during parts of the trip, I don't want to leave too many minutes to do while I am on vacation. :teeth:
