My wife and I will be on the cruise for oct 7th and I figured Id at least say Hi on here..Have no clue what disboards is really to be honest, but Im on the facebook page as well.
" This will be my first time on a Disney cruise, before this we traveled on carnival in January.

I'm still not sure I really understand what a fish extender is... does anyone have photos of something they could post about those?

Our wedding was just themed "fairy tale" lol we didn't have a specific theme but I love that song!! Our song was actually 'today was a fairytale" from taylor swift

Just paid off the cruise, made our dining reservations for our WDW portions of the trip, booked MNSSHP, horseback riding and archery for the kids. That's it! Disney has all of my money!!!

Ok The group is closed So outside people can see that the group exists, but ONLY MEMBERS of the group can see the posts So eventually I'd like to make a fish extender document and so if we are posting our cabin numbers, only group members will see them!

Thanks again for creating the FB group! you are totally right, it is nice to see the faces before the cruise.

Deborah (Debers17) and I have started an FE list (excel), so when it is past the closing date of the group, I can add it to the FB group, if you want.

We got Remy reservations for night 3, and 11:00 port arrival time. I was up till 11:00 to get the Remy reservation, then I went to bed, and set the alarm for 1:55am...got up and did online check in at 2:00 am. I think only other people on the DIS will not think I'm crazy.

Can't wait to meet you all!

We should schedule an "anniversary" drink at Pink, or something like that, since there are several anniversary celebrations onboard.

We got reservations for Remy & Palo. It was pretty open - I was so surprised! Tried for the Cabana on CC but no luck

Mandy - may I suggest you make a group dis-sign for our little group here? I love your DCL Mickey in the life ring. Perhaps a text showing this location and our Facebook group so we can stay in touch even after the cruise? I know I would display it on my door. Make it so it would look good on a regular 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper then it could be laminated to protect it.

Yes and sort of. Pirate night is the night after we leave Castaway Cay and formal (semi) night is the last night of the cruise...I think Formal night is pretty loose term as they would like you a little dressier then your usual shorts but you don't have to.
