I love the picture....so hate me for responding so promptly?

You've been a little busy....I'll forgive.
However, it's time to get this party started! party: party: party:

Let's have a checkup post from every one!!! :sail:

Alan, Allie, Cale, and I (Jamie) are still excited about the cruise :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Today my Father got admitted to the hospital, so I have my hands full, I will be ready for some sun & fun :cool1:

Hi everyone! Haven't really gotten real excited about the cruise because I've never been so don't know what to expect! I suppose I'm a little nervous about it but I'm sure it will be wonderful!

Has anyone given thought to what they are going to do in the ports? We are doing the Royal Dolphin Swim in Cozumel but that's the only thing we are sure of. Thinking of renting a car and driving to the other side of the island at Grand Cayman. Can't think of the name of that beach right now. No plans for Key West or CC. What about everyone else?

Well trust me, it's time to get excited!  There's nothing to be nervous about, and it will be much better than wonderful! You're a Disney veteran, so you know at the least, it'll be fantastick! :thumbsup2

Haven't made any excursion plans yet except I plan to buy e-tickets for the Old Town Trolley tour in Key West. With e-tickets, you can get off at any of the stops, then get back on at your leisure. If you buy the trolley tickets thru Disney, you can't get off except where you boarded.

What's the difference in the price?

Hey! We can add four more! Some of our dearest friends (and their two boys and our two are inseperable) booked last week. The boys are 11,12,13 and 14. That leaves poor little dd7 with no buddy. So who else has little girls?
225 days! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your in a foriegn country, they have different road rules, I've had two family's I know got in bad accidents because of some natives bad driving, both the driver's took off into the jungle. Police assume you are at fault, because you are the foriegner. One person died and the other had to be taken by helicopter to the US. It is not worth the chance, playing with fire  :crazy2:

I dont know about you guys but, I am reaved up to go! I'm taking my wife, son, mother, and father on this cruise. I just cant wait for the Mickey waffles :P!

(Check out "The List"!)

Welcome to the DIS & welcome Aboard! Glad you decided to join us. Several people here have been on at least 1 Disney cruise and in a few cases 2 or 3. You'll be able to find out almost anything you need to know. ;) If you want to join the list, pm or e-mail me (using the link in my signature) any or all of the following info:
-DIS-name
-E-mail address
-First names , ages if desired, and Occupations of adults
-First names and ages of children (so the children will know if there are others their age)
-Dining session
-Stateroom #
-Hometown
-Night before
-Special occasion to be celebrated during cruise (if any)

Again, welcome aboard!

Okay. I have 1 quick question. Are the pools full of chlorine or salt? If you have been on a celebrity cruise you would know that the pools have salt or too much chloroine. The reason I ask is that me and my son hated the pools because of that reason. And I apologize but, I cant join the list. I would love to but, we're going on the cruise for my son's birthday, my wife's and I anniversary, and we're celebrating my mother's 65th birthday and my father 70th birthday. So, I will be preety packed. Again, I very much apologize.

No problem. Nothing is required by "joining the list" anyway. It's just a way to meet a few people before you cruise. We would likely try to meet up during the sailaway party and that's about it. You might not see any of the group again after the sailaway. Its nice to sometimes see people "you know" when moving around the ship instead of 3000 people you've never met. Back to your question...The pools are fresh water.....cold fresh water, with chlorine!

Oh, okay. And thats good to hear about the pool. So, are any of you going to use the motor coach or not? And what time are you going to land?

Sorry, I wasn't very clear. What I mean is, I have no information on the coach service. At this time, all of our group will be driving, not flying. We plan to spend a few days in the Port Canaveral area before the cruise. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

My daughter is very sick. She had a heart transplant as a baby and yesterday during one of her routine tests it showed she's experiencing severe rejection. She's been put on high doses of prednisone and other meds and we have to repeat the test next week. She can't go to school or anywhere because of the risk of infection. We are all so sad. Anyone who is so inclined we could sure use some prayers right now.
