Pulled the suitcases out yesterday.....Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have started the process as well! Wow, two weeks, tick-tock-tick-tock. Actually, we leave a few days early and go to the beach for a little bit. Should be fun! Luckily my parents are watching the cat for us at home!

I have been sticking those "things not to be forgotten" into our suitcases since last week, but they are not actually packed...just sort of tossed in!Gonna have to take everything out and actually PACK!

I have been writing lists for weeks now! Can not trust my old brain to remember!

And trying to get my house in order for my other 3 grown sons and DH who will not be coming with Alex and me. (Wonder what the house will look like when I get back?!? Maybe I should just stay at Disney or on the ship....? (I wish!)

WOW! Only 12 days left before we sail!

Taswira, Featherdale is only about 15 minutes drive from where I live! I've been there a few times. Did you get to hold a Koala? It's in the direction of the Blue Mountains. If you kept heading west, it's about an hours' drive to Katoomba where the 'Three Sisters' are.

Well, I've only got 2 more sleeps to go until we head off now.... no doubt I will be back on here tommorrow checking everything anxiously Not very long to go now at all...

Awesome! And yes, I did. The Koala was holding a little plush Koala for security. So cute and cuddly! Are there sheep ranches in the Blue Mountains? I may have visited a ranch in that area. As I said, it's been too long, and all my photos are at my other home in Idaho.

RE Packing: I am so OCD that I was already mostly packed for my Dec. 4 Magic, so I've had to unpack to cut down for the 4-night Wonder. Feels odd taking things out of my luggage to prepare for a cruise.

Glad to see we're all of the same mind. Now I've thrown everything together and the piles are getting high I'm going back to decide what i really need. I also still have to get Ken packed. We're leaving on Friday and easing down early so we can rest for the cruise. See you all then.-Pat and Ken

Hi GSLAND!

This will be our first cruise! But my 4th trip to WDW......it will be my son, Alex' 3rd trip! We will be going to WDW after the cruise. Staying for the first time on Disney property, at the ASMusic. Between the DDP and the F&W Fest, we will be eating like PIGS! (Which we really shouldn't as we are both quite FLUFFY!) But, as is well known, none of the food or desserts on cruise ships or at WDW has any calories AT ALL!!!! Right? Right?Disney Magic just makes those nasty old calories just disappear! Right?

We're finalizing dressy outfits, hemming pants, and a few little detail items, then I'll be starting to pack as well. Ahhhh! Time flies. We fly out on the 1st, so I only have about 9 more days!

Wahoo!!!!! I am so excited. We started packing, well OK my husband started packing last week. I will pack this weekend but my house has vacation stuff all over it We are going to WDW after the cruise for 4 days and staying at POFQ. Anyone else traveling with an 11 DS?????
