I just got DS's tuxedo in the mail today...$11.75 on ebay That takes care of him for formal night, and it leaves more $$ to spend on a dress for me

However, I am hoping he will be able to go to Epcot with us on Friday the 28th for the food and wine festival. Gotta love all that food, baby!

Personally I LOVE the Dove campaign thats going on right now...they are using "real" women for all their ads!!! These women actually have curves!

I hope all of my Florida, Alabama and area friends are doing OK, with Dennis on the way.....who invited him anyways.

Does anyone know where Cheri and Chris where cruising out of ??? Hopefully they aren't out of the Tampa area. I hope they have smooth sailing.

Tinkerbell_80:: we are also going to be at Epcot on Friday night and would love a quick get together to meet before we arrive at Port on the Sat. If anything is planned please let us know. I believe we are spending the entire day there. It seems to be where everyone planned to go Friday night. We will be in MGM on Thursday.

Just some wind & rain here in Ft Myers. Tornado warnings are still up until 2 pm as are the TS warnings but were were lucky with this one.

We're thinking of taking a 1/2 day on Friday & driving up for the Not so Scary at the MK but that still doesn't put us in the Orlando area until 4 at the earliest so we may just drive right on to the Radisson.

So the only hurricanes will be the ones Cheri orders from the bar!

Sounds like we're going to have a pre-cruise DIS meet at Epcot, huh? We'll be there all day Friday as well, so I guess we all need to work out a time and place to meet. Those of you that meet us can then say, "Oh God, I have to cruise for a week with THEM??"


Well I hope I don't have to go to work today. Gonna be 100 degrees and my pool is calling me!

Glad to hear Chris and Cheri are cruisin' where it is nice....few trips to the bar and I might feel like I am in a hurricane....lol...Can't wait to try a Bushwacker

American Adventure works for us, we plan on spending alot of time at Food and Wine....lol......just getting prepped for the rest of the week.....lol..It will be nice to put some names and faces together.

I am home!

Weather wasn't too bad...Rick and I sat at the window of the Yachtmen's Steakhouse and watched some squalls come over the lake last night at dinner.
I had my first Grand Floridian Spa experience!!! Kate and I had pedicures and Rick got a massage. It was soooooo heavenly! The whirlpool, sauna and steam room get you totally relaxed before you have your toes done.
We booked this for Saturday because we thought it was going to be too nasty to do anything...it was a nice way to spend the afternoon before we dropped Kate off to the Sandcastle club ( her first time in a "kids club"..Now she wants to go back cause she loved it...Guess she will have a blast in the Oceaneer Club.) and had our "date". Anyone getting over to the Yachtsmen's steakhouse...order the Blu Cheese strip!!!! OMG!!! Heaven on a plate!
ok..laundry calls...Oh,..Soarin is AWESOME!!

Tiggerandpooh, we are a little older then you. DH is 42, I am 39, DS is 16 and DD will be 13 by the time we cruise. However you are only as old as you feel which some days makes me 83 but mostly I feel 25 too bad I am trapped in this 39 year olds body.....

Can someone help me....there was a link here that shows the place to get the bushwacker drinks that you have to take the tram to. I was telling DH but now I can't find the link....help please???

Tigerandpooh - I'm 25 & DH is 29 (DS is 4). At first I was thinking we might be too young to hang out with the group...now I'm just hoping we'll be able to keep up with them

Beano is 41 I am 38 (our birthdays are still to come before this cruise...guess that'll make us older by cruise time) , our DS is 15 and DD is 13. We may be a bit older than you guys, but we don't act like it!!!

thats is so cool. i cant wait to meet all of u. we have 2 ds they are 7 and 1 but they are not cruising with us.. maybe will be at the same table when we eat.. was not sure how they group people.. just to make it easier to spot us we will be wearing t-shirts with tigger and pooh hence the screen name and it will from disboards.com. how about everyone else...
