5 coronas
2 jeager bombs
2 irish car bombs
2 lemon drops
2 shots of jameson (german whiskey)

all that equals TORE UP!! But suprisingly i was fine today. Wheres my competition at?? Any big plans for the weekend?? I think i will keep it low key, i am pretty sure i drank enough last night to last at least through the weekend.

p-dawgy

Ronniejo since you've done them both which do you prefer the eastern or the western ?

Luckey:

Depends on what you're looking for...

Probably Western (I think :rotfl2: )

Love Key West... wanted to go to Grand Cayman (didn't make it due to damage)...

Cozumel...could due without (unless you're looking for something in particular there)

then of course:

Eastern is nice cuz' you get 2 sea days in a row and go to beautiful St. Thomas (where you can find many jewelry stores!!!! :jumping1: )

Guess I am crazy for both of em

It sure would be nice to get a 3rd ship with a new itinerary....hint hint Disney ::yes::

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

We did eastern for our honeymoon many moons ago (on th Norway) and had planned on doing the Western because we've always wanted to go to Cancun. But the date sold us on this cruise. It's kind of neat because Nevada day (admission day) is the 31st of October so the kids are always out of school the last Friday in October and then they tack on a staff development day on the Monday to cover their bases. So we always have a 4 day weekend at the end of October. :cool1:

DMB Nut - Thanks for the song link. That rocked. I love sneak previews on DMB stuff.

Favorite Character: Stitch - Cute, cuddly, monsterous appetite, destroys stuff, has antenaes. He also can do that roll like a ball thing. Has there ever been a cooler character voice. I think not!

Back from the competetion, We were robbed   well granted I am just a little bit biased, Cassie got third for her technical program and first for her interpretive so it was a win lose kind of a day. But she had fun and that's the most important thing. Now if I keep saying that mantra for a few more hours I may convince myself. Poor kid she got stuck with the ultra competetive mom. Oh well two weeks till the next one. Man I could sure use that cruise today.
I hope everyone is having a great weekend :flower3:

:cheer2: CONGRATS TO CASSIE!!! :cheer2:

I am familiar with the "sitting on the sidelines and taking what the judges give"...DS is in marching band , so competition is a way of life for us as well.

:confused3 Sometimes I guess we just don't see things the way they do

Have a nice weekend...

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

luckey-
I did the Norway too! Then it was the "biggest cruiseship in the world" (or so they said). It was so big that we could only stop in St. Thomas, I think. But, I was young and only wanted to hang at the disco (yeah, that's how long ago it was  - the fact that it had a disco, NOT that I am old. which I'm not. I'm not! I'm not! I'm not!!!! :rotfl2: And Congrats to Cassie. I always thought the judges went out for coffee during our band competitions.

Hey pdawg, what's an "irish car bomb"? Sounds like it has Bailey's.... if'n it does, it must be good.

Gotta agree with tarzanman: Stitch is the coolest. Like the rollie-round thing. Bet after a few "sail aways" I could even understand him.

Chris took Cassie to Mexico for a father-daughter thing. So, Timmy and I are going Benihana-style tonight. Hey - there's an idea for a new restaurant for anew Disney ship.

:umbrella: Stay everyone.

hello Everyone...

We just booked on the October 29th Cruise...This will be our fourth Disney Cruise...

DH, DW, DD11, DD10, DS6...

Can anyone tell me if they do anything special for halloween?..

Please let us know..

Thanks..

Bobby

 Welcome to you MoranClan...

This is our 6th Disney cruise...what a way to go!! ::MickeyMo

They hold trick or treating on board for the kids and I think they have costume competitions for both adults and kids alike.

Well if you haven't noticed there are a bunch of DD's on this cruise and they all seem to have names that begin with the letter "K". The girls ages run from 6 - 13 if I'm not mistaken.

As far as boys, my DS will be 15 and there is 1 other (off the top of my head) that'll be 12...sorry if I forgot someone

Welcome to our group :goodvibes

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

How Many Kates are on this crusie?? It seems like there is a few..maybe I am wrong..Welcome MoranClan - this will be DD (Kaitlyn/Kate/Katy) and mine's first DCL cruise, my mother is coming with us and it will be her second DCL cruise!

I can't remember if Beano and Ronnie Jo's DD is Kate, but mine is Cassie short for Cassandra and Chis and Cheri's is Cassie short for Cassidy. I hope I got that right.
Welcome aboard Moran crew. Last years disboards had their own trick or treat, if the thread gets busy enough we can start to plan something.
The lady who organized it offered to help (me) us with the plans.
Cassie was at a slumber party last night with some of the girls from the rink, and they are going to see Ice princess today. She' even going to let me go :cool1: as long as I don't emberass her :sad2: .
I can hardly wait for 13 if she's giving me that line already at 8!

Hey Luckey...

Our DD is Kimmy (Kimberly) and she IS 13 :rotfl2: actually she is a pretty easy going girl, so that helps allittle.

I wanna see "Ice Princess"....can I come too? :rotfl:

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

Greeting to All,

We're finally booked on our first Disney cruise and are revelling in the anticipation of a fantastic week of food, fun and celebration. My DW :earsgirl: and I :earsboy: are marking our 20th anniversary. Our 2 DD princess: princess: are 6 and 11, so you can all imagine how psyched they are. :love1:

From the look of this thread, this trip is going to be laugh-a minute blast. :jumping1: . It's great to have so many exprienced DCL cruisers to help avoid any pitfalls.

If I may pdawg, what a St Patty's Day,...... an irish car bomb is of course best served on 3/17 :bounce: , it starts with 1/2 pt of Guiness (no head), then prepare a shot glass with a 1/2 oz of Jameson Irish Whiskey on the bottom and a 1/2 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream, then drop the shot into the mug and chug

BTW A friend of mine was in Georgia last week and asked if some one could give him a lift back to the airport and the red-neck response was sure "icancarriya" :rotfl:

All the best,
Charlie :earsboy:

:jumping1: Welcome to you...imagining dreams :jumping1:

Congrats to you and your DW on 20 years! Beano and I will hit that special mark in just a few!
Your girls will have a blast...how can you not have a good time when cruising with ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo !

We ARE a crazy bunch, but for the most part harmless :rotfl2: ....we're just a bunch of "big kids" who don't wanna grow up!

Welcome to our group...

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

Seems that we are getting more participants on the thread....woo hoo! I think they should buy us a round of drinks...what do you think beano and tim??

I swear, i will never be able to save money...last month was my eye doctor and glasses, this month will be new tires for the motorcycle (300) and insurance (360)!

How was everyone's weekend?? Didn't do a whole lot here except go out and spoil the neices. Got them shark tales and the incredibles. On a funny note...i was kinda mean, i put my 21 month old neice in a swindle chair and spun her around about 15 times...then told her to go to her mom....it was so funny seeing her try to walk, then she almost busted her head on the table but she caught herself, then fell on her butt....my sister yelled at me but i thought it was funny. Then she wanted to do it again....do kids ever learn?? Ok, off to get breakfast.

p-dawg :smooth:

Patrick - now that you are finished torturing small children, will you please tell me what an irish car bomb is, pretty please? :confused3

Ronnie Jo - where's Beano? Hope business hasn't been good.

Ingredients...
half a pint of guiness
half a shot of jameson
half a shot of baileys...

Drop shot into guiness and chug....very yummy but potent.

p-dawg!

Hi Cheri :goodvibes

Beano has been busy working all weekend...now it's a new week. Time to start over again :rotfl2:

How was your dinner with Timmy? Did Cassie & Dad have a good weekend?

What up :cool1:

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar
