Went to WDW this past weekend to hang out with my sister (in town for a conference). We saw Illuminations, Wishes and Spectromagic all in one night! It was great. We were running like crazy people but it was worth it. The castle looks fantastic with its anniversary decorations. I hope that everyone gets a chance to see it. Have a magical day!

Hey everyone!
Back from Mexico. Cloudy. Cold. someone forgot to turn on the sun I guess. Ronnie Jo, send some of it down our way, will ya'? I think I'm forgetting what blue sky looks like :cold: We did have the best lobster dinner: My plate had 6 lobster halves (yup! that's 3 whole lobsters!) on top of a pile of rice and beans. (The waiter said he didn't think he should bring the soup and salad that came with it.) It was soooooo yummy!!! Wish I knew how to post a pic here. You guys would never believe the size of these dinners! :faint: Timmy's steak was the size of a dinner plate!

Hope everyone has a great week!

 Hi Luckey...

I was wondering where everyone was as well!

Hey, what's everyone been up to?

Time for a group hug :grouphug:

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

I RonniJo ! I was feeling pretty alone there for a while. Not much going on here in Vegas. The Temperature has dropped to the 60's I guess it's out last look at "winter" time to prepare for the heat.
DD has her first skating competetion this Saturday and want's to skate everyday this week ,so she is ready , so I'll be at the rink and work most of the time with the usual house work crammed somewhere between. She starts track break on Monday and will be out until April 11th so she'll have lots of time to skate before her next competetion on April 2nd.
Hugs to all you workaholics that are to busy to check the board !!!

:rolleyes1 God Bless your patience Luckey :rolleyes1

Tell your DD good luck from Beano & I!!!!

Man, I tell ya, I'm getting really tired of waiting for warmer weather here. One day its 80 then the next day it's 60

:sunny: I need me some warm sunny days :sunny:

Hey anyone wanna play a game?

Favorite Disney character and why...?

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

Stitch....cause he's so cute and cuddly...haha How could you not love a creature with 2 legs and 4 arms, and those ears...oh and ohana means family, family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten. Ok, here i am 27 with no kids and i know that movie way too well.

Got me another job at my gym...free membership now maybe working 10-15 hours a week. I will be up at the front desk greeting people and sitting on my bum. What an easy job. Gotta save up lots o money for this years drinkfest. Dana is still debating about coming, if she can find someone else to go in with her she might stay in the room she booked otherwise since her and the "other" were gracious to me last year, i might return the favor and let her stay with heidi and i. Well finally our network is back up. Talk to yall l8tr

p-dawgy

:wave2: P-Dawg...thanks for playing, I thought everyone ditched me on that one! And I don't think it's at all strange that you know the movie..it was a great one!!!!!! :goodvibes

My favorite character is Ariel! Go figure a rehead! Although I would like to lodge a complaint with Disney...whenever you see "princess" stuff, it only includes Snow White, Belle and Cinderella most often. Why not Ariel? She's a strong willed independant girl who goes after what she wants. (redheaded, movie released in 1989 and she gets her dark haired prince...hhmmm, sounds like me! redheaded, married in 1989 to Beano  )

Nice day to all :sunny:

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

Well Ronnie, 2 out of 3 ain't bad! You married me in '89, and you've got the red hair...

But dark-haired prince? Why, I think not! :sad2: At my age, my hair moves more towards silver every day! And 'prince'? Uh... not even close. Thanks for the thought, though! :goodvibes

My favorite character? Tough call. But, at the risk of sounding unoriginal, I'd probably have to say the Mouse! He's the King of the empire, the alter ego of Walt Disney himself, and people from all over the world flock to him so they can spend all their money on him! :earboy2: :earboy2: :earboy2:

'Beano'

In case anyone wonders what we consider to be a serious lobster dinner, the link below is a picture of the entree for ONE person:

Hey Chris...

maybe I'm doing something wrong, but can't view any photos :confused3

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

For me Tinkerbell all the way ! Because she's little with lots of attitude and she can hang with boys. I've never been confused with a princess myself.
Cassie's favorite is Jasmine, with Ariel a close second, she gets mad that they are not part of the Princess crew most of the time too.

OK, I must have some kind of security setting wrong. I'll figure it out and let you know. Sorry.

Chris

Our Cassie goes for Jasmine as well. You know: a princess (in every sense of the word), with her own mind, who isn't about to let her parent(s) decide her life for her. :rotfl:

:sunny: We found the sun :cool1: We got it! We got it! Woo-hoo!!! Time to get out by the pool and start practicing :hyper2: and :dancer: and :drinking1 and :drinking: for our October party.

:shamrock: HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY TO ALL :shamrock:

:bounce: Here's to hoping everyone finds their pot o' gold at the end of their rainbow today :bounce: :bounce:

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

ps...did everyone eat their Luckey Charms for breakfast this morning? I think I seem to have a wee bit o' the irish bug! :rotfl2:

Happy Shamrock Day Everyone
Have a green beer for me today. It's cloudy in Vegas with a threat of rain but that's ok because it's raining men in the hotel !!!!
March Madness Has Begun :cool1: :shamrock: :shamrock:

:shamrock: Wow I guess everyone really was out drinking green beer tonight! :drinking1 :shamrock:
Well let the weekend begin
One more day of practice and then the first skating competetion of the year.
I booked a room at the ramada resort at the port for the night before the cruise. We got a senior rate because Dh is 50. I don't know when 50 became a senior citizen but I'll take the discount. I knew this age difference would come in handy !
Well I hope you all had fun and I wish you a happy hang over! :headache: :ssst:

:bounce: Luckey, guess it was just you and me yesterday huh :bounce:

No green beer for me (me no likey beer :crazy2: )

Only thing I got yesterday that was green, was a new green top and a few green flowers for my family.

Oh boy :umbrella: rain is back in the forecast ...AGAIN! When is it gonna end! I want spring and all that comes with it...like :flower2: and :sunny: !!!!!

Good luck to your DD Luckey!!

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar
