Luckey my fine friend. I just wanted to let you know that there is a chance that Tim may be coming to Vegas in a coupla weeks. An interview for a potential possibility HERE IN DALLAS!! ....but let me try and tell you how I really feel..

I do not think that I will be able to go with him. The person he is interviewing with will be paying for all of Tim's expenses. Don't know where he will stay...nuttin...no real details...but I told him he should look you up while he is there. If for some reason things change, and this person will also pay for me (doubtful) I would CERTAINLY hook up with you.

Oh heck Tenor he's paying for the room anyway he'll never know if your in it.
All it will cost you is a plane ticket. I can hook ya up with Mexican food and Margy's. And if you're there on my night off we can Entertaiment Book it. You know I'm incredibly thrifty !

And heck if your gonna be here, Disneyland is only a 4 hour road trip away !!!

well...it's not a matter of sharing the free room, it's about not wanting to show this potential boss that he can't go anywhere without his wife tagging along, and that if he needs to send him somewhere business wise, he doesn't need my permission, or need me to tag along with him. I feel like if I go, it could weaken his impression in the eye of the potential employer.

plus, he's probably going to be all hopped up and nervy and stuff, and wouldn't want to make him even more nervous by having a 6 year old along. If he wants to go out gambling to show that he is one of the "good old boys" and hob nob/bond with the exec's, I would just hate for them to think he is not spending time with them, because he wants to get back to me and Saralinda.

if there is a way, I will...but this is his deal and I don't wanna turn it around and make it about me...I REALLY want to stay in Texas (I know...you didn't know that because I've been so SUBTLE about it up till now...) and if this weekend can make it happen....small price to pay to not go this time. I want to try and be as supportive to him right now as I can because this is just such a nerve wracking time for us BOTH right now.

He has not said I couldn't go....but I just have a feeling that this is something he wants to go and try and get on his own.

I have not/would not leave Saralinda with Judit all weekend. Besides, it's against the rules to do so. She is not allowed to work more than 10 hours a day, and is never to be left alone for a weekend....however, that said, even if it was allowed, I would not do it.

I have been away from Saralinda exactly 1 time ever...Tim's mom's funeral when we went to England. Did not leave her with Judit. I left her with my cousins (her godparents) in Tyler.


PS!!!!! You are not a horrible mother, I could see where you might think that. It's just not something I would do.

Saralinda, like myself....can not ice skate..although she said that she wishes she could. I can rollerskate...horrible on ice skates.

I googled it of course!! Call DeliverEARS at (800) 760-3566 and select option #1 and then be prepared to sit on hold about 15 minutes. I spoke with Virginia who was gonna fax me the brochure by the end of the work day....I guess they are still working there 'cause I never got a fax!?

Guess I will call back tomorrow and sit on hold again.

Like I said, this was just sprung on me tonite, after I got home from our womens small group thang at church....he's very vague now...all he said was, and I quote...."I may need to go and meet with all of these people in 2-3 weeks"...

You take one step off of the designated carpeted walkway with a child and WHAM-O security is on you like white on rice.

You will have to go to the arcade in Circus Circus or shoot rubber chickens into the sauce pans in Excalibur. Great times.

JOJO...I really doubt that I will go this time...I really strongly feel that this needs to be all about Tim right now....plus money issues. Tickets to Vegas are cheap...but not free yet. I just don't want him to think I only care about this as long as there is something in it for me kinda thing.

Would also be hard to hang out with the big peeps too...with Saralinda being so young.
