T&P: Lovely pictures.

I hate snow. I mean, it's nice to ski in and throw at people but thats it. Tried living in it...didn't work. Moved back to the warmth.

Have survived the Alzeta Company Christmas Party!! WOO WHOO!! This year our steal the gift prize...a smoothy machine. We, of course, are going to try margaritas in it. If'n the motor blows....no biggee..

Tenor: Dallas was robbed...again. Sure looked like off sides to me. Ifn the defense can take the ball away from the center as it is snapped....somebody jumped offsides. That's all I have to say about that.

I'm with Beano tho...Give the Colts their trophy.

Bets- gots the address list...birthdays need updating and officially...DH is not a cowtipper by occupation. That is just a hobby silly!

Hey Cheri...Seen yourself in the DVD yet!? It's adorable. My favorite things: Chris on the gondola ride to Paradise point - enough said. And Ronnie Jo saying "It's small". I don't know what she is talking about but it's cute. Oh yeah...sorry...heard you didn't get yours yet....

North County...um...sorta kinda old stomping grounds. But secret shopping trips sounds better! Went to SDSU. Had friends at UCSD. Over the years, worked in Escondido, Clairemont Mesa and Old Town...so I pretty much got the area covered. And the stadium will always be "The Murph". PB is my favorite beach. Love the salsa at Tio Leo's Mexican Restaurant and yep, have been grunion running. A Bruin eh... you know at SDSU we used to wear shirts that said F-U-C-L-A. We thought we were so funny, hiding behind Marshall Faulk. Where does he play now anyways...??

OK- Funny story...I know this is gonna be TMI but for those of you with kids this is funny...

OK - getting ready to go to company party - Dh is shaving and I am in the shower. I shower first cause takes me longer to get ready. Anyhow...that's not important.... I am rinsing my hair and turn around and DH is now in shower also. Scared me. OK OK - so we are canoodling in shower and in busts DD through door which DH thought he locked.

OK - so we're like deer in the headlights Thank goodness for steamy glass....

Ok - when oh so graceful daughter goes to sit on the marble edge of bathtub and slipped and falls, bashing hip into said marble and landing on the bathroom floor in a heap...screaming her head off....

OK - so we're like....um...whose gonna get out and scoop up horribly injured daughter?

Yep, you moms guessed it.....

I had to get out of hot shower and save child. Put on robe and go downstairs with towel in swamy position on head to get boo-boo bunny from fridge.

And all is well with the world.

Great story, Johnna! I couldn't help but laugh. As parents, we've had similar experiences.

The quotes you mentioned...Sarah was referring to the Halloween cake, Ronnie was referring to the ice cream she just ate. But using your imagination is MUCH more fun!!

Yes, Chris was very sexy in the gondola; almost as much as in the Village People!!

Luckey - I wish I were there too. I watched it on TV but it's just not the same. DH flies in tonight. Are you working or still off? Can't believe not one single cute cowboy....how sad....maybe I'm glad I'm not there....Nope. Wish I was.

SoccerMom and SoccerDad - you will be happy to know I am now the proud owner of Far Niete 2004 Chard. Don't tell DH - It's my Christmas present to myself. I figure I have earned it and will definitely need it after hours spent at the mall with the rude and indignant.

Maybe I will shop online some more.....

Just got back from the Dr...I have to have another laparotomy! It is te only way to fix this hernia!!

I am going to go back in 2 weeks...she wants to see if it gets any better when some of my abdominal swelling goes down...

This is not my life!

I am so sorry to hear of this pending surgery. Tis not the time of the season to be worrying about another procedure!! :blech:

Anybody else get their Beano C Production video today?

I am hearing a whiny, nasal version of CopaCabana coming from downstairs...
Ryan cannot stop watching that darned DVD. WE LOVE IT!!

Shopping for....this small event coming up...you might have heard...CHRISTMAS!! Just kidding. I was writing my list and realized how many gifts I don't have yet...the last credit card bill I paid and the number of days left until Christmas time....

Party? Oh right Company party. Pretty sedate crowd. Open bar. Good wine. Food...um...OK. 3 tiered chocolate mousse cake thingy for dessert!! It rocked.

Ok- I recommend everyone turn on the BeanoC Production DVD and listen to it from another room. I am catching the background noise and background music. Very funny. Especially the last song currently playing....Back to life, back to reality. Very funny.
