How can so many of you start/got through and I have been trying since 8 am, really much of the 4 hours without stopping!

Try a different phone. Worked for me- I know that sounds totally crazy though!

just got lucky with DVC members services---all but CRT--spots not open into march yet. Was told they did book CRT in Feb. without any trouble--just not March!!!

I FINALLY got through. If you are DVC, I'd highly suggest calling Member Services, they are the ones who were able to make my ADRs. Have them confirm each one as they book it, because the system still isn't working properly and you don't want to loose those ADRs. I was on hold with member services from 11:15-11:40, and I was able to make my ressies and was off the phone by noon.

I got:
4/9- San Angel Inn- 1:00 pm (3 people)
4/10-Chef Mickeys- 9:00 am (7 people)
4/11-Kona Cafe- 9:15 am (8 people)

Anyone can make ADR's, you do not have to link them to a reservation number. You will link them to your 'vacation' phone number which is a number you can be reached at 'while on vacation' like a cell phone number.

Some reservations do require a credit card guarantee, you will be notified of this when making the ADR.

-Could not get CRT because she said it was not showing up for March at all (although some here have gotten thru). I will try back but made a backup ressie just in case.

The CM I spoke to told me that she could make dinner ressies for CRT but that breakfast and lunch for March were not loaded into the system and they weren't expecting them to be in until tomorrow at the earliest.

About 25 minutes on hold and my cell phone barely made it for the twenty minutes it took to get reservations, but got everything we wanted (except for breakfast at CRT, which she said wouldn't be up until later today or tomorrow - it will be a while before I try on the phone again, that's for sure!)

I want to make massage reservations at GF, but I will wait a couple of days to worry about getting through on that! So happy this is over with and I'm sure I'll sleep well tonight! Good luck to everyone still trying!

Ugh... I think I'm going to try tomorrow for my last 2. Several times during the call we had to start over, the CM had to log-in again, etc... but now she's saying everyone has a completely blank screen and is unable to log back in. I can't keep wasting minutes and got my most important ones for the 1st week of March, so hopefully it will be back up and running soon!

Finally got through after waiting on hold for 25 minutes for the second time and they say their system is down!!! When I questioned she said that some call centers can get through and others can't - then why is that call center answering calls??!!

After being on the phone for a total of an hour (between being on hold and actually booking the reservations), I finally got all the reservations we wanted!!! My CM was amazing. We had a couple scares where she thought we had lost my reservations but she was able to do her own magic and found them!!! Add me to the success list as well!!

Just spent 20 minutes on the phone with a super helpful CM, was in the process of getting everything I asked for (literally within 10 minutes of what I was asking) and the system crashed. She suggested I call back tomorrow...I've been at this for almost 7 hours now...not sure what to do.

It is kind of a pain to do it but yes, you can. You will have to hunt for it but you can get to a page where you can list multiple ADR's (I think up to ten) and then get the results emailed to youl.

It is very hard to explain how to do this unless I am on the site doing it so I will have to leave it up to you to experiment with it or someone else to take time to type out instructions.

I tried to do this myself and found that if I put in 10 reservations and make an error on one of them (wrong confirmation number), the other 9 sometimes will not display or you only get part of them.

So yes, it is possible, have just found that Disney has some homework to do to make it easier.

Make sure you put all the ADR's under the same phone number, if you do have to call they can easily pull them up. Even after making my own ADR's and my travel agent, had to call to verify them and get them all linked under one phone number.

3/9 - Ohana Dinner
3/10 - 1900 Park Fare Dinner
3/11 - Donald Safari Breakfast (Before park opens)
3/11 - Rain Forest Cafe Dinner
3/12 - Coral Reef Dinner with my parents
3/13 - Sci Fi Dine In Late Lunch
3/14 - Crystal Palace Breakfast

We are going to try tomorrow for CRT, it's still not in the system.

Hope you all get what your hoping for! I thought I'd never get put on hold. (I was on hold for about 35 minutes and then the reservations took about 20 minutes total after I was transferred to Julie)

This is nuts.. online is STILL down! I can't be on the phone, as i am working.. this really really stinks..

My thoughts exactly only I never even made it to work this morning because my DH was in a car accident! He is ok, so was driver who side swiped him. Her older car totaled, DH drives company car (thank goodness) took a lot of damage but was new so won't be totaled. Just back from 5 hours of dealing with all that so I am really behind in this whole ADR thing.

Had looked online around 7:30 this morning and saw online was not working, thought about calling when all this happened. I guess I'll just let it go, I don't think I want to add the stress of hours on hold to my day.

On a positive note, I do now have all the park hours for Feb so that is good. I can tweek my plan while I wait for website to start functioning. I am going the end of Feb so don't expect it to be crazy. Not trying for CRT, Le Cellier or some of the other super popular spots either this trip.

Trying to make some decisions for our large party of 11 (six adults and five kids, 10,7,4,1,1). I've actually had to break up our party to get ANY decent ADRs and still didn't manage to get any of my first choices. I think we're only having one meal all together, but at least most of our seatings within 10 minutes of each other.

DHS - Mamma Melrose, Sci-Fi or Brown Derby?

MK - Tony's or Liberty Tree?

I tried online this morning, no luck. I called in for 1.5 hours- never got thru. Called Member Services at 9:00. Got right thru, made 3 adr's and the system crashed. So, I guess I get half pixie dust.

I was able to get LeCellier, 1900, Chef Mickeys before the system crashed. Our other 2 ADR's aren't for high demand places, so we should be ok.
