I too was up at 5:30 am to try the computers, and then was on the phone "re-dialing" for 90 minutes before I got in. I waited for 22 minutes and then spoke with the CM for TWO HOURS while the system went down, came back up, went down again, came back up. (thank god for the wireless headset! I cleaned out DH's closet, did laundry...) By the 3rd or 4th time (we both lost count) she had decided to book each one individually (rather than load up a cartfull) and I was able to get everything I wanted....sort of. We might be eating at 7:30 one night and then 4:30 the next day - but really...who am I to complain?!?! hee hee hee... We were in the middle of retrying a few things when my phone died! (go figure!)
She wasn't showing any times for Tony's on the day I wanted it - but looked at another screen and saw that there were no tables booked at all on that day - so she thought maybe they hadn't "added those tables in the system yet" (her words). I will try back in the aftermath of the morning debacle...
