Just a thought. i wonder if the on line system is tied to the "phone rep" system. If so, when we all call at 7, we'll all have the same issue. Boy do I sound like an Eeyore or what. Sorry need more coffee.

You're right, if the system is down, then calling won't help either. Guess we'll find out soon.

Yep after 20 minutes of trying to retrieve a reservation, now I get the booking system is unavailable, please try again later.

So glad they planned this roll out properly.

See, this is why they should have opened the system at 3am like a lot of us were hoping, then we could have gradually overloaded the system .

It's so stupid to me that they wouldn't do this in tiers at the least like the rest of Jan and Feb can make ADRs starting date A, March can make ADRs starting date B and April can start on date C. To at least curve SOME of the madness.

but that would make sense, why would they think about something like that. They never had the system crash on them right?

Did anyone get the Feb park hours? The only park with hours is Hollywood Studios and when you look at the calendar there is no detail regarding Fantasmic.

Could not do anything. Also got Le Cellier with a time and then it would not proceed.

I agree. Since we'll be in there in Feb. it drives me crazy that I'm "fighting" with everyone who's going in March or April to get through...

I got the "experiencing high volume" error message. I'm sure that's pretty accurate!

I actually managed times for Le Cel, CM and CP, no luck with CRT, all at 6:02 but then there was an ERROR when I tried moving them to the cart.

Honestly, I'm not even going to try calling until someone here posts that they got through and the system is working. I don't feel like dialing furiously only to find they can't do it over the phone, either.

Me too...I'm not calling until I hear a success story!!
