Well something has changed for me because now when I try to open the page to make ressies for Ohana I get this:

Same here! I'm using foxfire. What if a TA booked your room ressies for you? She told me I wouldn't be able to retrieve my room ressies? Anyone know what to do? I need CRT and on the dining plan?

FYI:
The system is down b/c of us. Think about 50,000 people or more loging into the same site at the same time. That a lot for any network to handle!!
Now I have to get back to my error message!!

This is the error message that I got on the 21st when I logged on to make my reservation, and the computers were also down for CMs when I called in at 7am.

There really isn't anything to expedite it to instant, but the fastest way through is to press number 1 when they are asking if you want Spanish. Then you say "Reservations" "No" and "No" (Assuming you don't want V&A - otherwise it's "Yes" and "No")

What is V&A?

Go directly to the dining screen and you will be able to put in your resort reservation number there to make your dining reservations
Alot of people make the mistake of trying to pull up their resort reservation first then go into the dining system. If you booked through a TA this way won't work for you.

I booked thru a TA and was able to retrieve my resort ressies just fine online (well, up until this morning's debacle!)
