ps...I've been playing again this morning on you tube (as i do) and stumbled across a vid of an old bloke singing "My Old Kentucky Home" and it got me thinking do we have any DISS mates on this cruise who live down that way and who could persuade my dear wife to holiday around the said area about may time ...as it's always been a dream of mine to see the "run for the roses" and sing "My Old Kentucky Home" (with tear in eye of cause) just once before a curl up my toes....

ps...Paula love i think the postman thinks am lusting after him.....

My Dad was born and raised in KY. He currently lives there now... and is married to my Aunt... Ok, don't get the jokes going... he married his Brother's widow.... but yes, I have 5 stepbrothers and stepsisters who are also my cousins! Noah is SOOOOOOOOOO confused!!

Chris... you'd be welcome in KY at anytime! May is a beautiful time to visit there too... not too hot, flowers are in full bloom. My Dad lives on top of a mountain. He had to fence in his yard so Noah wouldn't roll off when he was younger!

Let me know if you decide to go. I've always wanted to go. I've only been able to watch from the race track in San Antonio, Texas. Boy, I haven't been to a track in a while either.

Well once again I didn't win the lottery. But nobody else did either! Now the jackpot is 155 MILLION! I've got a good feeling about this one! (just like i did the past 2 drawings)

Gotta go BACK to work for a charge nurse meeting. UGH! But at least that's more overtime for me!

Hi Disneygrl36. I just went to peek at all the wonderful pictures you took of your Disney Christmas vacation . I must say the martinis' looked sooo good. One of my favorates is the apple.
I can't wait to get on board to get my chocolate lava cake.
My Dad is driving my Mom nuts I think he is more excited them me . He talks about it EVERYDAY, Althou his main question is " When will we get our upgrade"? LOL.

I have a really quick question .Is anyone dressing up for Pirate night or Halloween? I'm sure it has been covered already been I still haven't had a chance to go back a read all the posts.
I wore this on the last cruise and absolutley roasted in it so I think it is staying home this time. Oh , the girl to the left was part of a wonderful group we met on board that were part of the Make A Wish Foundation, their son who was 4 had cancer, he was so precious. Yes, she had a few too may that night, courtesy of DH and I.

Howdy folks!!!!

Just check'in in to see how everyone is doing. I've been so crazy busy lately. I'm playing hockey 4 days a week, start to refferee youth hockey again this Saturday (3 games), going to the gym the other days I don't skate, and getting ready for my next trip to the muddaland. All the hard work will be worth it though.

Hope everyone else is doing great with there fitness programs. I'll check back again tomorrow.

I can't see any of your pics! They just come as red x's and when I click on them they still don't open!

I'm dressing up as a wench (imagine that, heh). Depends on how good I look by then as to how wenchy the costume is! I'm thinking about buying a costume now and making myself wear it if it looks good or not. That would be some incentive!

I'm playing hockey 4 days a week, start to refferee youth hockey again this Saturday (3 games), going to the gym the other days I don't skate, and getting ready for my next trip to the muddaland. I fixed your pics. Had to save them to favorites and then they showed up on the board! Strange! Anyway, I also get a lot of sun like that when I'm on a cruie and have some proof *if you know what I mean*. I look at each new line as a testament to the fun and exciting life I've had! I point to a line by my left eye and say,"I got that one in Aruba and the on one my right eye I got from St Maarten." Working as a nurse I've seen people of all shapes and skin conditions. Never have I heard someone on their death bed wishing they didn't have some lines/wrinkles! Don't get me wrong, I don't want to look like and elephants behind, but I'm not going to stay out of the sun and freak out if I actually get some *fun lines*. I prefer that term to sun lines!

Vital , too funny , I call mine fun lines too . I wouldn't go back and change a thing. I may not be saying that in 10 years true, but for now I'm o.k with it. This is how I feel , if you are judging someone by looks alone then you may be missing out. I tell my girls that we are going to live while we are alive.

for fixing my pictures. I usaully edit copy edit paste right from Kodak Easy share. Guess thats not working anymore

O.k now for the gym thing. Our membership just expired but we are renewing it this month. I became too addicted to the gym and found myself there twice a day for too long. I dropped down to a size 4 very very quickly. I am a happy 6 now and will go maybe two or three times a week. I ate a funny diet to drop the pounds too. Yes , as much as I can't stand water I do drink plently of it. I have never been big, in fact I was more like that stick figure you all drew when you were in grade school.
I wish everyone the best of luck with their weight loss goals I know it isn't easy.

Have a great weekend . We are heading up to DH's side of the family for their Christmas in the Adirondacks this weekend. The girls can't wait to see thier cousins. OH yes a little trip to the Montreal Casino. Maybe we will win enough to buy a few rounds on the ship , don't get too excited I mean coffee. HEHE
