October 27, 2007 - Cruising around the Moon - A Magical All Hallows Eve Part 3

I can't do certain things... and for some strange reason, cut and paste is one of them. Can someone sign me up to volunteer at any of the locations (I'm open)?

The strangest thing about this nutty virus... is that my computer STARTS TALKING on it's own... all of a sudden, it picks up a radio or tv website... and FREAKS ME OUT.

I've salvaged all of the journals. Printed almost 1/2, ran out of ink but will buy more tomorrow. I attempted to put the journals on a CD - but it won't let me COPY! GRRRRRR... That's ok... as each page would have cost 49 cents at Kinkos... holy moly!

Anywho... I'm going to get the ink tomorrow (thought I'd try the CD option first) then my computer is going to the Geek Squad... so it will be nice and clean when I get back.

My posts will be limited to posting from WORK - and getting ready to leave - work is super crazy! However... I did get a huge promotion today! 2 grade levels - lots of $$$ and recognition for all the hard work I've been doing! I work for a great company!

Saw that they have the funniest costume award, well DH was a "Big Daddy" at our annual poker tourny at Daytona this year, but his best friend dressed as his "lady" Think DH should borrow the costume

my dd starts Kindergarten today at my son's school
(long story) but this should be great for everyone!

So on my list for today is to iron all my, dd, and ds stuff for the cruise. The joy of telecommuting to a company that is 300 miles away! =-) Yes I can iron while on a telephone.
DH will just have to take his to the dry cleaner once he decides what he is wearing! OK well I have sort of decided for him already, but he will find that out soon.

So much going on here, so much going on at the house.....I'm going to freak out big time soon. Not from stress, but from the excitement of it all and it finally coming to be. If I don't spill the beans to my son, it'll be a miracle!

They won their football game last night 26-0. He made 2 sacks. Was awesome . I found out that we'll probably go to the play offs, but he'll miss the first game if we have to play the week we are on the cruise. If they lose that then the season will be over. If they win, then they'll have to play the following week. I'm going to have to buy internet minutes to see what's happening. I figured I need them anyway to check into Southwest for the flight home!

I'm going to borrow a suitcase instead of buying another one. I only have to get a new memory card for my camera and some flip flops (heh, HAVE TO) and I'll be done buying things. Then the night before I'll throw everything into the suitcases and be done packing! WOOHOO!!!!!

In photoshop I've only gotten so far as doctoring photos with the stamp tool. I haven't figure much else out yet. I thought about taking a class but the ones I found were fairly expensive. Still, given the things I've seen people post here I definitely think it's worth trying to figure out myself.

I leave in 8 days and this i am sure will be the LONGEST WEEK OF EVER!!!!

I am going to clean my house since i have worked for 7 days.it really is horrioble then i am going to complete any sewing i have left.............
