well we had discussed a Pajama Party Breakfast!!!!!
on my last cruise but noone wantes to do it.

I think this would be so FUN now that i know what it would be like.

We would just have to let them know we are coming to save a section for how many ever wanted to do it!

I think this would be a hoot and a GREAT PICTURE!!!!!!

Weightloss board has been updated with the weights everyone picked and with 42 weeks till we cruise all seem to be obtainable.

Gotta get back to work, playing catch up at work and getting stuff done in advance, cause just in case I didn't mention it I am going to Disney soon

This is what we did as a FULL group on my last cruise.

1. OF course met in lobby while waiting to board...all of us had on LIME GREEN Tshirts! which were bought from Disney stores.

2. At 3 pm we met in front of the kids pool and had a social hour. We had drinks and chatted and kids played in the pool.

3. Some Girls did a GREAT scrapbook martini drink exchange! We went to the bar and everyone had a bag of scrapbook goodies and we had drinks and chatted for abotu an hour! VERY FUN!!!!!

4. WE HAD A VERY LARGE HALLOWEEN trick or treat scavenger hunt for our kids.....IT WAS very fun! One of the ladies did it up for us on the last cruise i thougth she was joining this cruise too, but have not seen her in a while!

5. We did 2 seperate Palo brunches! one for just ladies and one for couples!

6. We were going to do a Pirate Night picture but dont think we ever did, unless i missed that!

7. Since we are doing Castaway Cay 2 times it would be nice to do a Group picture on Cast away!!!!!!!

8. We prepared a list of fish extender rooms #s for everyone to have

9. Soemone made us all matching door magnets.

10. Some one else made us a calendar of events sheet which i changed into a magnet to put ont he back side of my door!

Oh what fun we are going to have!!!!!

OH YEAH, i almost forgot we also had bracelets made up with our cruise title and the dates of the cruise

They were lime green.

We wore them all week so we could spot each other!

Too catch up--
I have 4 Christmas trees in my house. So they take awhile to put up and take down. I will probably do that this weekend.

I have already started on myNew Year's resolutions...
1. Organize/decorate Craft room ~~ Done
2. finish scrapbooking 2005 WDW trip
3. Healthlier living~ exercise and diet
4. scrapbook 2007 cruise

I have our pirate costumes from august, did some brainstorming on Halloween costumes (DH actually agreed on an idea),and already have a fish extender.
My friend and I will sew DD and my costumes. I also designed a formal dress. So I might have some things checked off the list~ I also added a chunk of work. Maybe I'll stay busy enough to cut down on the eating.

Did I read that there a website for us?

I didnt hear about PORT CANAVERAL but I did hear about the other side of Florida.

It did get really cold here for FLORIDA.

We turned our heat on the night before last, I am sure we will not be having too much OJ this year! I am sure it wrecked havoc on the crops!


I am pretty sure i have decided on our halloween costumes too, and think i may pick up soem of the material to night to get started on them, on my days off. i will pick away at them until closer time to go and then i will wish i had worked on them more through out the year!

It will be the ONLY thing i am going to make this time i think. I may do a little change on my DD foraml dress that she wore last time or I may just purchase her one, but not sure since i wont be letting them in on the secret of the cruise in time to ask her what she wants.

i know that it is early....But it is this year!.

We seemed to go all out last year, ALOT OF people did, just not sure i want to this year.

But it did make for VERY NICE PICTURES!

Oh gosh we probablly will, i cant pass up an opportunity to dress up!

Greetings again from very soggy CA! We had near-hurricane conditions here in San Jose this morning...rain, wind, broken glass, cars turning over...very exciting! I'm so grateful that everyone I love is home safe and sound.

I am *so* impressed with all your super cool group ideas! I LOVE that kind of stuff and can't wait to participate! I'm pretty craft-y (I'm sure y'all are too) so let me know if I can make something for everyone.

BTW, what is a fish extender?

I don't know if I'll get over the weight loss thread, but my goal is 20 lbs in 10 months. Pass the lowfat ice cream!

Lastly, I'm not very good at these thread things but will try to keep up!

Lynn - I think I have my formal dress sorted - it's one I have just bought for my work Christmas party, but then again, If I see something I like better I may well change my mind before then. Do people tend to wear full length gowns? This one isn't quite full length, it's more like mid calf length.

Great to see you back Pam and Arlene - hope all goes well!

Queen Krein - hope your weather is improving! A fish extender is a hanging fabric panel with pockets on it, which Disers use to put messages and gifts for fellow Disers. It hangs on the metal fish (used for mail messages from DCL) which is on the outside of every stateroom - which is why it is called a fish extender. I think a lot of people make these themselves - and those who have cruised before may well be able to show you photos!
