does anyone knows how long is the Golden Mickey Show? We will be attending the show at 8.30 since we have early seating, are we going to have enough time to make it to the pirate party? 5 more weeks to go :cool1: but who is counting :rotfl: :cheer2:
I remember it being maybe an hour? It's a *great* show - don't miss it.

Alternatively you could go to the early show at 6pm then hit the buffet for dinner, Plutos, Room service, etc. I suppose it is somewhat of a snafu that they put what I think is the best show on during Pirate's night :( Oh well, roll with the punches!

Just over a month to go folks!

Admiral,
I have heard of "Tag", but not quite sure exactly how to play, but hey, I'm game. :goodvibes

Also: Just read elsewhere that someone on the Oct 22 - 7 day just got their documents in the mail today. Maybe ours will be coming soon too!!! :Pinkbounc :cheer2: :boat: :bounce:

37 days till we leave on our 30th Anniversary Tour - 4 nights on the Wonder and a few days at PO-R

Are any of you guys Scuba divers? If you are how is Nassau for diving?
DH would love to do a dive

Lissisuarez:
Sorry, no scuba divers here. DH and friend "B" are golfers. They are taking their golf clubs with them to play a round on Nassau. I'm sure they'd be happy to add another player if anyone is interested.

Kris :wave2:

Well, since my daughter is now living in Pittsburgh, I have been using her bed as the catch-all for the stuff I will be packing for the cruise/trip. Yes, it's just a little over a month away and already I'm getting stuff ready - the toiletries, the extras I think I might need and the clothes I don't plan on wearing before then. I know I'm a little bit of an "overplanner", but it makes the time till then seem to go a little more quickly :goodvibes . I've got my door sign(s) just about done (after what seems like 50 changes) and a sign for our dear friends. I've got the pouch containing the important info(train tickets, passports, hotel confirmations, WDW ADR confirmation #'s, etc..) all ready, now, I just need those cruise documents to put in there.
Anyone else at this "stage" yet? Please tell me I'm not "totally nuts" :teeth:.

33 1/2 days till we leave for our 30th Anniversary Tour - 4 nights on the Wonder and 3 nights at PO-R

Kris, you're not the only one! I brought two small laundry baskets and stored them on a shelf in our closet and each time i go shopping I pick up a thing or two. So far I have yet to put aside any clothes (except for the character shirts for the boys for Disney world) but I do have swimmies for them, toys for the plane, glow braclets, pirate accessories, Bonine and a few other things ready to go :cool1: I can't believe that we will be leaving in 31 days

Hi there. Read this thread about a week ago and just getting around to posting. My DH, and our DD 5.5 princess: have been booked about a year now after being affected last Sept by the last hurricane making our 4 day cruise a 3 day And we missed out of CC. So we are hoping and praying that booking a month later makes a big difference. :goodvibes
Last month we also booked my parents to join us for their first cruise ever. Hoping DM does not get seasick as her bday is the 24th! :scared:

Welcome to the cruise ddndogma & Family. :sunny:

We're all hoping for smooth sailing also. Think positively - It will be BEAUTIFUL that week. Only smooth seas, bright sun, blue sky with big puffy white clouds and cool breezes.

This is our first cruise too. I'm taking Bonine starting the day before we leave - don't want to chance any seasickness.

Hi All. :wave2: Just "Wonder"ing if anyone got their documents yet? :confused3 TA emailed me today saying that she recieved our documents :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc .I am going to get them tommorrow night. I assume that it's both portions of our trip(WDW and cruise) because she called them DOCUMENTS :cool1:

oooohhhh Lucky Lady 3boysmomma!! :Pinkbounc
We booked directly with DCL, so maybe ours will be out soon. Let us know what you get from your TA.

31 days till we leave for our 30th Anniversary Tour - 4 nights on the Wonder and 3 days at PO-R

I thought that it may be too good to be true! She only had the Land portion of our trip :sad2: But the good news is that she said that typically she has them just around the 30 day mark so here's hoping :goodvibes

Eileen

Well, 3Boysmomma, at least you have the land part in your hands now - that is a little progress.

Just realized that 30 days from now I'll be sitting in Cocoa Beach waiting for tomorrow to get here so we can start the cruise. :cool1:

Kris:wave2:

Hi everyone, I am so happy to have found this thread. i was wondering when one was being put out for our cruise. My DH-to be (29) and I (26) will be doing the land/sea combo. we are staying at CBR on the 20th for 3 nights and then we are off for our first ever cruise. We are secretly hoping for 2 things 1) to maybe get a little presetn from WDW, an upgrade?
2) a little souvenir (we want to try having kids right away)
Has anyone gotten docs yet? We booked from a TA back in March. We have cat.9 room 2070. We also have some spa treatments and the Palo Dinner (9 pm on day 3) and Brunch on Day 4.
Anyone suggest one spa treatment over another. I recently started doing spa experiences here in Baltimore, so I feel like a spoiled (poor though) brat.

Looking forward to maybe meeting you all.
Thanks,
Michelle
(wedding is 23 days away 10/15/05) :bride:

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding(our 10th anniv is the 14th of Oct.)
As far as the spa treatments are concerned I typically get a regular swedish massage(not as frequent as I would like!!!) but on the cruise I am trying the hot stone massage. My mother tried this one on her last cruise and absolutely loved it so I thought that I would try it. As a mom to my 3 boys though I would take whatever I could get :rotfl:

I have a pedicure booked, just because with all of the park walking, I figured I would need it. I might try the Hot Stone therapy, sounds relaxing! Happy anniversary , I hope Chris and I are blessed to have many years of marriage and children like you and your DH! :bride:

Welcome from another fellow cruiser SPZCurly13 and congratulations on your upcoming marriage. It looks like you and your DF/DH will be the 3rd newlywed couple joining us. Can't help you with the spa treatments, this is our first cruise, but they do look interesting. Hopefully we will all be able to meet while onboard. Regarding the documents - haven't heard of anyone on our curise getting them yet, but we anxiously wait each day for them to appear.

28 1/2 days till we leave for our 30th Anniversary Tour - 4 nights on the Wonder and 3 nights at PO-R

I am anxious to meet you all. IF anyone has a time or date set up, please let me know, we are so excited!
Does anyone know where the pick ups from WDW are and what times to take us to the cruise ship on the 23rd?
You are all great to answer my questions, and thanks for the well wishes!
Hopefully we can bring some pics with us! I do have my door sign made, and I even made one for quests and DCL staff to sign for us, I hope you all stop by 2070 and take a look and leave a message for us! :bride:

Okay folks, sorry for the delays:

DIS TAG
======

Basically someone (I can) comes up with a mickey ear "sticker" with magnets on the back of it. Usually it'd have some type on it that said "Dis Tag" and the cruise or whatever and basically if you see it on your door, you sign it/write something witty, and then tag someone that hasnt yet been tagged by sticking it to their door. The last one tagged gets to keep it and should post a pic of it at the end of the cruise.

SPA - DW and I have had the spa taster which was awesome and this time we are doing the couple's well being massages.

SPZCurly - Welcome and best wishes!
