Please excuse the orange plastic plate they are on, it was the best "background" I could get to show the detialing of the pins. My kitchen work top is too speeckly !!!! :rotfl:

Ha Ha Chris !!!! :rotfl2:

Would you trust me with a Faberge egg ??? I dont have a steady hand !!! Especially after a few cocktails ! :teeth:

Us UK team must be like Man United, the best in the World........ where are you Jeff, Nancy, Brenda etc etc...... whats happened to the challenge??? :stir: :confused3

yikes, now watch them come out and get me ! :bounce: here I am !!!

Here is Elouise, just before going into her first school play. The whole of reception year were "stars" !

She didnt tell me till after, that she fell over just before the picture and hit her cheeck, ( see the red mark) and she landed on her front teeth!!!! So we had a quick dash to the dentist. I was so worried, she was quite calm about it all. The dentsit isnt sure if the nerve has been killed ( if it has it will go black !!!!! the tooth that is ! ) We wont know for a while. At least the tooth is only a little wobbly, dentist said that shoudl re set. Please keep your fingers crossed for her. I know its only milk teeth, but im a vain mother, and really dont want her to have a blacken tooth for the next few years.

Elouise is in the middle !

"Would you trust me with a Faberge egg"

I once held one,a miniature one made for a charm bracelet it's value?...£45,000/£60,000.... :rotfl2: ....safe to say when i got up off the floor i didn't buy the bloody thing.... :teeth:

:lmao: ...Faberge egg OR mickey holidays?....need i say more?... :teeth:

ps....what did you do for pirates night? did you take your costumes with you, did you make them or buy them? :teeth: ....

Pirates night was fun, but a bit rushed cos we were on late sitting. we had to skip pudding, just in order to get to deck 9. It was VERY packed and although Elouise wanted to dance, it was too busy, so on Dads shoulders she went. Elouise had a Disney Capt Hook outfit, Wayne brought a pirate T shirt in Bahamas. I had an oddment of pirate get up.

Here we all are....................

Lindy - lovely piccies :goodvibes

For pirate night I have bought hubby a pirates of the caribeean t shirt, bandana and fake earring (little xmas stocking fillers) , Ellis has a pirate outfit already which we'll be taking - packs really easily - just stripey trousers and waistcoat, and I have just bought myself a pirates of caribean t shirt and a flared white skirt and bandana and skull earrings.

I'm loving your mickey ears bandana Lindy - was that off the ship?

Did you go to dinner dressed as pirates or get dressed after?

Do you think Pirate night might be a nice time to meet up? The kids might enjoy it more if they have a pirate friend or two. :confused3 pirate:

We're on early sitting so we could always try and grab a spot while you lot finish your desserts :goodvibes . Someone said that watching it from the higher deck is better and less squashed :crowded:

Does everyone feel christmasy yet? we went to the Beavers carol service last night - Ellis was the littlest there but he still managed to read the words off the screen and sing along to most of it. It feels really christmasy now.

Ellis' last day at school today. Fancy dress parade this afternoon - he's gone as a pirate! - its the only dress up he has left that fits him - he said he's too grown up now :sad2:

Anyway... enough of this waffling on - I'm meant to be going to the gym - first time in a month  , total waste of membership fees but :confused3 :rolleyes1

Merry christmas everyone :wave2:

Karen - you go to dinner dresed up as there is an opportunity for photos, etc. before. You also get a surprise at dinner - but I'm not going to tell you what.

I can't believe that you have your costume already for September. Way to go Karen.
Heather

We went to dinner dressed. We got pictures of Pirate Mickey and Minnie first. BE WARNED the Q was very very long and alot of people missed out. So if this is important to you get to the attrium about 30 mnis BEFORE the time set.

I got my bandana with ears, from the Pirate cruise Elouise went on from the Grand Floridian, though DCL give you a bananda at your table, so everyone has a chance to join in.

Heather we didnt get any surprise on the Wonder at our table :confused3 now you have me thinking.

We would love to meet up that night, it does make it more fun to join in with others, and easy to keep your space at a table etc. if you want to get food at the buffett................. its a pudding/sweet buffett and looked very very yummy. But the line was very long !

We took glow sticks too, which Elouise shared out with other kids, :thumbsup2

Heres a group photo of most of our table mates.

Heather - I know - I'm soooooooooooooooo organised I get on my own nerves :rotfl: I have lists of lists of things I need to take etc and I have most of it now

The only thing I cant getonto is the excel spreadsheet at the top of the page with things to pack on it. W dont have excel and I cant get it open - I just know that there is something vital on that list and every disser will have one but me :lmao:

Lindy - Ellis cant go on that pirate cruise - they serve peanut butter :sad2:
I looked it up cos I was going to book it for him, but they cant accomodate allergies so its a no go. I wonder if they sell them at DTD or onboard?

I will take glow sticks too - at least you'll be able to spot us in the crowd :rotfl: - we'll be the mad bunch that is glowing neon :cool1:

Still no sign of our US cruisers? :confused3 - have they all abandoned ship?

Still no sign of them :confused3

Has Winsconsin lost its internet connection :surfweb:

Come on fellow UK cruisers - lets all hunt for them............ I bet they're all on the secret deck seven scoffing cheesecake :teeth: .......or maybe partying at Pirate night pirate: ...... or at the Chefs table......

Sorry it's been so long friends. Year end is a very busy time for me at work. When I finally get home, I just crash.

Looks like we have new babies and new pets amongst us. Congrats to all!!

Hey Jeff, I was looking for your latest Konked Kruisers post where we have all the DISers listed. I wanted to print it out. Can you lead the way? Have you logged onto the Yahoo site lately? Looks like some changes were made but I'm not sure. What do you think? That will be nice when it's finally up and running for us. I'm sure Kevin will be working on it again after the Holidays.

Well, just in case I'm not back before Christmas....Merry, Merry Christmas to all!!! :sunny:
