October 20th 2007 Western Magic Part 9

reading karens trippie.
anyone know where that underdog outfit for planky came from?
its great!!! how did i not see that all week?:confused3
methinks planky was leading another secret life.

we got it from walgreens
i was looking for face paint for school in the halloween section and we saw it
we thought it would be perfect!
(it was really for a dog though)

Cass - Ellis and I have just sat and watched your video twice over - its fab - he told me to tell you to get a hurry on for part 2 and 3:goodvibes - he wants more!

We had an inside cat 11 this time and honestly it was absolutely fine. I did worry about the size and the lack of light, but it was lovely and bright withte lights on and we used to tune the tv to the "window" channel - the camera at the front of the ship and pretend:lmao:

I would definately have an inside again. I liked the layout too - the bed was at the far end so you didnt have to walk past it to get to the sofa etc. We had the low table removed and it gave us more room, plus we were hardly ever in there anyway.

Great Idea!

Cass - loved part 1...next please.

Karen - I agree with you a Cat 11 was excellent..it was all we needed.

great job. I stopped after 6 minutes. loved it. Diane

Hmmm, YOU stopped after 6 mins or the VIDEO stopped after 6 minutes??? Were you having some problems watching it???

Karen, you can tell Ellis that I will start work on part 2 tonight after Kira goes to bed but I highly doubt that there will be a part 3 :rolleyes1
Off to read your trippie! :woohoo:

whens the update on your trip report coming?
we are waiting......:rotfl2: :rolleyes1

Perhaps everyone on KK2 should get a Planky and take it on board for the reunion.:rotfl2:

we saw them in the orlando airport and thought about getting one but figured the cruise was over and we would never hear of planky again.
now he may be the hottest selling toy on ebay this holiday.:lmao:
who knew?

We actually had an 11 on this cruise. It was a little tight for 2 adults and a teenager but it wasn't horrible. I asked Sean since it would be just the 2 of us would he be willing to do another inside ( I know he likes having a porthole), and he said yes that the cabin wasn't too bad.

So my 3 yo niece is here and we were looking at videos of the trip. She wants to go on the Mickey boat now. I told her she had to ask Uncle Sean, she said "Take me on da Mickey boat Uncle Sean, pweeeeez"

Now how do you say no to that, you don't, we will be bringing a 6 yo on her first trip to WDW and DCL in 2011.:cool1:

(I wish I could take her right now, she is at such a fun age)

We were on late dining as well, and after missing the first 2 nights shows, we made sure we caught the matinee shows. But I think if I was on early dining I would be rushing through dinner to catch the later ones. So I don't think there is a winning situation for either one.

We had early dining and had PLENTY of time before the show. We always had time to get autographs and still get to the theatre with 30 minutes to spare. I didn't like eating so early, but it did make getting to the shows easy.

I am having a mini-DIS meet!! Cheryl and Rachel are coming to visit me at the wine store. Yippee!!

OK just a warning I am one of those what if persons. Even though I totally trust Jeff's expertise in DCL's scheduling. What if they decided to do the double dip the week of the 31st? Would we switch gears and do it that week or stay with the week of the 24th?

Ok silly question, but do you have Wisconsin wines? DH loves to try wines from different states.

Not a silly question--yes, we sell some Wisconsin wines. There are actually lots of wineries in Wisconsin--especially up north in Door County. Some grow their own grapes and some buy grapes from California and then make it in Wisconsin. The Wisconsin wines tend to be lighter and sweeter as we don't have a long enough or hot enough growing season. They also make a lot of wines from fruit besides grapes.

Been a busy day for me.

Scott took Mac and I to breakfast. Then her and I spent the morning hitting garage sales in hopes of finding a new table and chairs. No luck

Then we went to look at microwaves, again just looking.

Then we meet up with a friend and her family to go see the Bee Movie. That was so neat. That was the first movie I have ever taken Mac to. I was so proud of her specially with having friends there. After the movie we walked this new outdoor mall. The kids all played in the play area while Jen and I shopped. Nate got wathing the kids duty. Then we all grabed lunch.

It was back to the house for Mac. Daddy was up and I needed to go get one of her x-mas gifts before my coupon expired. So off I went for that. Now I only have 2 gifts left to buy.

Took a short nap. Then is was off to work on Jen's ebay stuff. She gave me a tote full of stuff she wants me to sell for her. YIPPY  Extra money for the next trip. Even if it is not much it is better then nothing. So I have been working on ebay most of the night.
