Good morning everyone


Today is a busy day for us. Mac and I are going to the zoo for the morning. We might meet up with some friends for that one. Then in the afternoon I need to take my van into the dealership so they can fix my alarm. And tonight was have a celebritory dinner for Scotts family. Scott has to work so Mac and I are making our apperance. Except I did not want to make the drive, specially in rush hour so I am car pooling with his Dad and Step Mom. If I have not had to much to drink I will post some tonight. I will need to have at least one drink to make it through the dinner.

I thought of that, so I asked Kelsey a few months back if she would want one and she told me no, that it is a thing for younger kids. That she will be fine her autograph book. Kyle I asked a few times but he would not answer me. One of those he could care less things.

I am trying to give the older ones more a choice for some of the things so they don't feel like we are forcing them to do things they don't want to do. Which we are accused of all the time.

Hey Karen.....

I am just as excited as you are! I am not as prepared though. I still have pieces of pirate costumes to sew, and I still have to alter my clothes....My kids getting sick has thrown a wrench in my preparations. Thank God they are not seriously ill, though. Nothing I can't handle.

The let down after this trip will be bad. At least we have Christmas just around the corner.

Oh, and I have colored my...it's a little redder than normal. Rob told me last night that he thinks I'm BIG RED.....

I can't be BIG RED...my personality isn't perky enough!

Oh no!! I may have done that to my kids already. But, at least I picked up on it before a trip to a hospital or even a phone call to my mom. And it also get's you thinking....The same bottle all day long??? I do hope she was smart enough to change the contents every now and then.

I'm betting it was the same bottle and contents all day. I've seen people who won't change a diaper until it is so soiled that they have to. Just to save a buck. It's an interesting place that I work in. In answer to another question. The bill was about $1000 which is dropped to $600 if paid for within a couple of days. Because she is on public assistance, the county will be billed and we usually will get about five cents on the dollar for our billing (that's why the bills are so high)

Had to start over of my DL research since DH and I had time to discuss what features we want. So I looked at two this morning. If I can to two a day I will be doing good at this point.

You did not overstep at all. I know that it sounds like I am one sided and tend to do things for Mac more then Kelsey and Kyle but I do ask them if they want things and I just don't seem to get far with them. I appreciate the suggestion.

How about a weather update from Jeff??

I'm waiting a couple days on the weather to see if the trough starts to move out. It is looking like that, but will watch it and try to update on Sunday. It is still a week and a half out before we get to GC or Coz from then, so anything can happen.

As for storms, unless something just pops, the upper winds seem to be cutting off the tops of the storms so no development.

Poor cruisers on the Western this week may have rain in the Bahamas (Castaway) tomorrow.

Sure hope the High Pressure system moves down to the Gulf or the Low moves out.
