yes. cinnamike and robin are back from their trip.
trying to get caught up.

Todays question was "do you plan on spending much time with Mommy and Daddy." her answer was "yes"

We prefer Pop Century because of the look of it. We have only stayed at it and All Star Music for the value resorts. All Star Music was nice too. I can't say one is better than the other. Both just basic rooms but cute decor.

we love pop century and all stars. maybe its because cinnamike is cheap or we are just kids at heart, but we love the value resorts.(we arnt in the rooms that much anyway. always on the run.)

Now I am off to get the kids. They can't use the toilet so I have to block off the door so they don't end up forgetting and the whole toilet leaks all over the floor or something. I feel like Lucy.

thats sounds like a job for UNDERDOG!!
"lucy, you got some spainin to do" :rotfl2:

Not sure how these will come out - I'm photographing my album:confused3

great stuff karen.:thumbsup2

I believe the Dr's are giving him radiation treatments to kill the pain. Since I'm not a Dr. ....nor do I play one on television...I'm not sure if that makes sense to anyone. I'll have to turn that over to Steve or you to tell me. He is dying of lung cancer.

It makes perfect sense. I work in radiation therapy. I used to be a therapist and now i do the actual planning for the treatments. We do a lot of palliative care to help people have a better quality of life. Pain reduction is so important. I hope it is helping him.

Tips for Server are put in an envelope and ready to go.

our first cruise in 2001 we sat with a couple who didnt tip the servers. and the servers were great!! we were sooooo mad at them.(she said she thought it was included but we knew better)

We agree. Never in the room and when we are our eyes are shut most of that time. :rotfl2:

Tips for Ast. Server are set aside and ready to go.

Now i just need to get all the tips for Kyle's portion set aside for my parents.

They work so hard to keep us all happy. I can't imagine not tipping. They deserve the recommened amount and more I think.

thanks fellow mnsssps charter member.

You will understand me on this. Scott thought I was crazy. Here goes..........We ate out for lunch today and I ordered a hamburger Plain. It came and when I checked it you could tell they had put cheese on it and just scraped it off before bringing it to me. I told the waiter that I couldn't eat it. He was very nice and took it back and took it off the bill.......but I always feel so bad about being that picky. But oh well...there was no way I would eat it.
If you eat junk together you probably think I am crazy and too demanding. Not really demanding just too picky.

For our Alaska trip it was DH and myself. We sat at a table with 3 other couples. None of us tipped the server, the ast. server or the head server. They were all pretty stinking. It was something discussed by the couples prior to dinner to see if we all felt the same way about the service and we did. Things were horrible on that one. But we did tip the "mint" guy, he was outstanding.

Now speaking from experience the servers do make a decent weekly wage. That most of them send home to family or save because they really can not spend it on the ship. Their tips however are split. So if you tip the server it is split between the server, the dishwashers, and the cooks. In my opinion $25.75, which is the suggested tip is not enough to split with 3 people. We normally go with the base amount set aside and then tip extra if the service is worth it. We always tip the room people extra.

Now the housekeeping people do split their tips with the people behind the sceance that wash the linen.

Hi everyone. As Mike said, we're back. We had a good time.

We paid $$,$$$ for school and they can't spell her name correctly!!!

They did a slide show on a big screen of the student's portfolios starting with they're name.

They spelled our last name Dryer instead of Dyer. It was quiet in there and

Cassie said "out loud"... "Apparently I am now an appliance!" Everyone started laughing. :rotfl2:

They, they actually spelled it wrong on Cassie's Photography Recognition Award. (At least they were consistant)
