I've never had one. When my boss and I were in Cinncinnati, she got a hand paraffin. She loved it.

Not that kind of wax treatment. A paraffin wax therapy treatment is one that soothes and moisturizes your hands, feet and elbows. It also helps relieve pain due to arthritis. It does not remove hair.
