First Trip to WDW in 1972, marched in the afternoon parade down Main St. (When Kissimmee was mostly farmland)

I marched down Main St. at Disneyland in 88.
DH and I met in band his senior and my junior year (87).

yes. robin marched the parade in 72 when she was in a baton corps.
we met in 73.
our dd marched in the parade as part of her high school band in 2002.

I hope I remember to watch The Biggest Loser. I love that show but always forget to watch it. Same with Dancing with the Stars. Haven't seen an episode of that on yet!

Hi Mike You caught me, actually I'm not lurking just reading back trying to get caught up. I haven't had much of a chance to get on here since Sun. morning and I have now over 400 posts to read I'm going backwars because I don't think I'll be able to get completely caught up, to much other stuff to do yet too.

Well Friday he sprang on us that he dropped his classes! His excuse was that he owed us too much money and wanted to get us paid off. Now mind you I made payment arrangements with him where he could have paid it over the course of the year, knowing that his job doesn't guarantee hours (he subs as a custodian for the school district I work in). So that didn't fly in our book, and now he owes us for the money we paid on the classes he dropped. Nope mommy and daddy aren't too happy.

But I am a mush when it comes to my kids, so the first thing I do is call DCL to see if I can add him on. Nope, no quad rooms available. My reasoning, he either can go on the cruise and have fun with us, or stay home and have fun with his friends. Wonder where he gets his reasoning from...

(he promised that he was going back in January, well he better or he will be paying rent)

Hi Lori just one more night of call for me Thur. night Things have been very stressful at work lately and I can't wait to get away on this cruise. I only work 5 more days before we go Wish Scott good luck the rest of this week and weekend! I know they don't get called in as often as we do in Nuc Med but their exams take longer than ours so I know they can be there for hours at a time.

robin has a tough time keeping up. but i have no life so i try to keep her up to date whenever she misses something.
i work midnite and wake up around 12 so i have 5 or so hrs to play until she gets home at 5:30

i am pretty proud of her.
hope everyone gets a chance to meet my sweet tart.
she has had a stressful last 8 years and remains the most positive person i know.
saved my life several times thru my staph infection and subsequent heart surgery.
lost her job after 15 years as manager so they could bring someone in for half the price.
got her realtor licence and was the leading rookie agent in the area until DELPHI COMPANY filed bankruptcy and the local real estate market nose dived.
all this time raising 2 kids (ok i helped) and going to school part time at kent state to get her degree.
not to mention the stress from her parents going into the nursing home.
and of course there is putting up with my sick brand of humor for the last 32 years.
she is loving her new job in HR, workmans comp division.
so thats my tribute to my sweet tart. hope you all get to know her on the cruise.
hope i didnt bore everyone too much.
