this series starts friday. we should sweep the sox in 4 games so it wont be a problem on the cruise.(wishfull thinking)
you guys beat my cavs, so i think DI should let the indians win this series.

but dont worry. no dumb game can come between our friendship.

Still working on tag gifts.
I feel like I'm getting carpal tunnel or tendonitis from it all. Hope it goes away before the cruise, it's been bad for the past 2 days but I've got to finish 4 more.
You'll know why when you see them

I screwed up my gifts - I was not thinking very clearly. I thought it was straight forward
- buy things
- put in bags
- put bags in box
- take on cruise

WELLLL...my 5 year old decided that she should help which is always fun for everyone but much more work for me! She was shoving everythign into the bags with no thoughts for "looking nice". We are lucky nothing broke. Bags started to rip - it was FUN!

So now I have 19 rumpled gift bags - AND WOW DO they ever take a lot of room. I realized that I should have assembled them on the ship so they wouldnt get squashed. Finally found somethign that would fit them all (big plastic container) but they were packed in pretty tight! God I hope nothign breaks or we will have a big mess!

Decided that I didnt want to fly with this box so I called my Parents - Now they have the container and are taking it in their van as they are driving down to Florida on Thursday (they live in Florida from mid October to mid April each year). We are visiting them for a day before the cruise so we will pick it up and take it on the cruise.

It has provided us a few good laughs over the last week - cant wait to give them out!

I will have my docs tonight. I can not wait. My parents have thiers right now and they also have mine.

Now pay attention to the times in all of this

10:40 am TA sent me a rather miffed email, letting me know how I should work witha TA if I use one instead of against the TA, and that she had my docs. And gave me some really odd story of her having half of the docs on Friday and half of them today.

10:43 am TA called my house line and spoke to my husband, told him docs were in.

10: 46 am TA called my parents and told them the docs were in. My father told her that he would be picking up theirs and ours.

10:49 am TA called my cell phone and left a message stating that the docs were in, that she emailed me the procedure on how I can pick them up, that she called my house phone and left a message with my husband and she also called my parents and told them and she assumed that I would be in later today to pick them up.

i am pretty proud of her.
hope everyone gets a chance to meet my sweet tart.
she has had a stressful last 8 years and remains the most positive person i know.
saved my life several times thru my staph infection and subsequent heart surgery.
lost her job after 15 years as manager so they could bring someone in for half the price.
got her realtor licence and was the leading rookie agent in the area until DELPHI COMPANY filed bankruptcy and the local real estate market nose dived.
all this time raising 2 kids (ok i helped) and going to school part time at kent state to get her degree.
not to mention the stress from her parents going into the nursing home.
and of course there is putting up with my sick brand of humor for the last 32 years.
she is loving her new job in HR, workmans comp division.
so thats my tribute to my sweet tart. hope you all get to know her on the cruise.
hope i didnt bore everyone too much.

Alex had to wear jeans to school today since I packed all her shorts last night. I felt bad for her since it was 93 today!!!! Oh well, nothing is coming out of those suitcases!!!!!

My travel Agent called - she has my cruise docs - she will drop them by my house tonight (she lives about 15 houses away from me)

YEAH - now i just need my hotel docs to arrive in time!

YIPPEE!!!!! I suppose we'll probably see you guys in the airport in 9 days!
