Forgive me WI KKers, but it's gotta be done...

YEAY BEARS!!!

:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

What a game last night...I stayed up for the whole thing!

I thought both teams played well. Good game from the oldest rivalry in the NFL!

Too painful to talk about. :sad1: :sad1:

Sorry Jen, I thought I was responding to Cass--I am a moron--we are using one that she made for us months ago. I did like your signs very much though--which one did you decide to go with?

That's ok...it happens.

Why, I'm using all of them! And then some I didn't post!

Actually, a couple are for Mom's door. I did 12 signs in all, 8 for our door (6 for the whole week, one for Pirate night and 1 for CC day) and 4 for Mom's door (2 for the whole week, one for Pirate night and 1 for CC day).

I could have made more - I found so much great clipart, but I ran out of time ;)

Ok, back to work again...I'll hop on again later.

Only 12 days more for us!

I made a VERY simple countdown calendar for Thomas, (basically the numbers from 15 down to 1 in a grid) and that's the first thing he wants to do in the morning - cross off yesterday's number! He's also getting a lot of practice counting from 15 to 1 (instead of just starting at 1) so it's educational too!

:lmao: :cool1:  :rotfl: :dance3: :woohoo:

I like smilies :)

Hi Cass--Are you all ready?

We will be after tonight! :thumbsup2 Just cleaning up the house now, off to sisters for dinner later and then after Kira goes to bed we are doing all the last minute stuff :woohoo:

Good afternoon lady's....:)

Cass you and Rob have a wonderful time introducing Kira to the mouse for the very first time ... :dance3:

ps...I was going to say "take pictures"...:lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

Thanks Chris  Yeah, I don't think you have to worry about me taking pictures :rolleyes1 :lmao:

So if today is Columbus day how do you want to bet that our TA is not in today.

My mother said that they were going to call the office and tell them they know they are in and want to pick them up from someone besides her. I wish them luck.

Man! I hope AAA is open, I'll be ticked! I'm headed there right now.

Cass-- Alex and I watched your videos on your website last night. I thought they would cheer him up and make him feel a little better. I think it did because he asked how many more days until we get there. Whew, fever of 103 last night....104.4 yesterday morning...Motrin is breaking it, so I guess we are ok without a doc until tomorrow morning when the clinic will be open (Columbus Day)...My guess is that he has Strep Throat....

Anyway, just wanted to tell ya that your videos cheered up my sick baby, er, "big boy" (his words)....:goodvibes

Is he c/o of a sore throat? If so, then use a flashlight and butterknife to look in his mouth. Visualize the tonsils. Are they swollen? Do they have white patches? If swollen, I would say (without seeing them myself) go to the ER. One sided swelling is bad, It indicates a peritonsilar abcess. Bilateral swelling is usually tonsillitis. But if he swells too much he can compromise his airway, so that is why I recommend the ER. If not swollen he can probably wait until tommorrow. Does his neck hurt? have him look up at the ceiling then look down at the floor then look to either shoulder. If he is unable to do this because of pain then go to the ER. The High fever and a stiff neck can be problematic so you should see someone right away. Alternate your fever medications every 3 hours. Use Tylenol (if not allergic) and Motrin. the dosages that are approved are 15mg/kg for Tylenol and 10mg/kg for Motrin. the conversion factor for lbs to kg is 2.2. Don't worry so much about a fever of less than 101.5 it is helping more than hurting. But knock down anything greater than that. I work today so my ability to answer questions is no-so-good so I'll have to leave you with that. Good luck and wish him a get-well-soon for me.

Well you guys, I am officially a married woman! :)

I don't have any pictures right now but as soon as I get them you will get to see them! My photographer said she'd have our wedding slideshow up around Wednesday or so! Yippee!!

The whole day went without a hitch. Everyone said it was amazing :) The pastor was hillarious, the food was excellent, and we have enough cake to last us the rest of our lives lol. But it's all good :)

Now it's almost time for the honeymoon! :woohoo:

Looks like there will be a queue forming at the Blond Giraffe:lmao:

Here is a thought. We should all post pictures when we get back of ones that we would like to share with people that way we could all to a picture swap.

:thumbsup2

Hi Victoria - I stumbled on the programme over the weekend, doing some channel hopping. Karen mentioned this some time ago and I thought we give it a go. We were hooked. Hopefully, tonight we find out who's won!

What a shame you only just started watching as its ending. They sometimes do re-runs of old series - I still watch them - I'll let you know if I see one advertised

Yep he has sore throat, bilaterally swollen tonsils. I don't see white patches as of today. He is NOT lethargic. And he always runs a high fever when he is sick and when he cut his teeth as a wee one.....103 for him is what 101 is for my other two kids. My mom says I used to do that too. He is playing and his fever totally goes away when he has Motrin/Tylenol in him, so we will wait until tomorrow to see the doc. I did check with him about neck stiffness--I am kinda obsessed with that actually. Rob had meningococcal meningitis his Freshman year of college--in a coma for a couple days. We almost lost him. So I am diligent (borderline crazy) about that. Thanks so much for the info. If you think of anything else, please pass it on to me. I appreciate it more than you know.:goodvibes
