Shiver me timbers, me hearties. Me knows it's early, but me shipmate's about to watch Heros. So I'm off to do some packing.

Aarrrrr.pirate: pirate:

What about mailing a package to the ship? You could mail your DIStag stuff and some other necessities for the cruise to the ship?

Another trick I read is to not pack as many t-shirts if you're planning to buy some as souvenirs...for example, buy some t-shirts in the beginning and wear them while on vacation.

I have not started packing yet...I think I'm afraid to start. ;)

I will be buying t shirts before and during the cruise so you're quite right - I could take out about 5:thumbsup2

I had thought of mailing the package but I'm not sure I'd risk it - knowing my luck it would end up in Timbucktoo.

Great! I wish I were goin' t' WDW too. 500 peices o' eight be not too much!]

That be £489 not $489 - more like $980:eek:

I just looked outside...it's SNOWING!!!!!!!!!!

oh I hate the snow:scared: - England is bad enough - our heating went on last week and I'm wearing a big wooly jumper. We never had a summer but I bet we'll get a looooooooooong winter.:sad2:

Oh look, honey, it's an Australian pirate! pirate:

pirate: pirate: Ooooo Aarrrrr pirate: pirate: - I 'av me pirate accent toniyt - can yo understand me betta?:lmao: :lmao:

by the way - no tears from Ellis this morning.

I think it may be the teacher though:sad2: - I spoke to another mum today and her daughter doesnt like her either. Apparantly she's well known for shouting and being very strict - she's used to year 6 not year 2:rolleyes:

She's been off sick for 3 days and Ellis has been ok for the last 2 mornings knowing she's not there. I wait to see what he's like when she comes back:rolleyes:

Have a good evening folks.

One last question - do any of you take beach towels at all? I could take out 2 more from the case. I know they provide them onboard, but I always have taken my own. Should I take them out?

I wouldn't bother Karen. You get towels for Castaway and any of the Disney organised excursions, that require towels. You can always buy them in Orlando...they're cheap enough. Save space!

No, I was 20. Mike was 19.

Think I might have already told our story about how we met, maybe like back on page 127??? :rolleyes1 :rotfl2: (long story coming!)

I was actually engaged at the time (it was never gonna happen and I had been "trying" to get out of the relationship for a long time but it was complicated. This guy brought my self-esteem to an all-time low, at the time I didn't feel like I deserved any better.

He used to watch sports ALL the time. Back then I loved sports too! But as the years passed, that's all he ever did. He came home, parked his butt on the couch and didn't move till bedtime. IF I managed to get him to go out, he would tape like 3 games then watch them when we got home. My life revolved around sporting events. And I don't mean just the big ones like Superbowl or World Series.

So near the end of 1995, I joined a BBB (kind of like a computer chat group but it was local, the internet was in it's infancy, hardly anyone chatting globally back then). I joined it to play trivia and just to chat with people as I was pretty lonely since by 1995 I learned to hate sports. I NEVER joined to meet people. But they did have meets, once a week. In March of 1996, at the very LAST minute on a total WHIM, I decided to go to one. Rob was the third person I met at the meet. He was wearing a Tigger hat, a Tigger shirt and a Disney Gang Jacket :cloud9:  There was a hypnotist at the bar that night and he was chosen for it so he was onstage for about an hour and the whole time I couldn't take my eyes off him. I even remember telling myself "Cass! Quit staring at him!!!" I had no idea why I couldn't take my eyes off him.

Kismet.

Everything that happened that night was SO NOT ME. I felt almost like someone was guiding me (thanks Big Guy! :thumbsup2 )

We started dating April 17th and were married exactly 30 months later :rolleyes1

Side note: When I left the ex, he was apparently devastated. SOB STORY right? I guess he was so devastated, he went to a party the night I left (to be consoled I was told) and he slept with someone (all the while still begging me to come back for weeks! HA!) later married said hussy and had a baby with her and is now divorced (for the 2nd time) and now calls his (second) ex-wife a total nutjob :rolleyes1

YEAH ROB!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, you can now dust off your shoulders, I am off for the night :wave2:

great stuff!!!!:thumbsup2
and they lived happily ever after.

Aye, tho' Dick be such a scurvy dog he did play t' game well. I di'nae think that Danielle did as well. It appeared t' me that Danielle was lookin' for reasons t' get into a fight with Dick."

So do you think they'll be able to keep a civil relationsip out in the real world? I don't! I was cracking up at Dick's answers to the jury questions last night.

Karen no need to bring beach towels. You won't need them for the cruise. Disney provides towels for at the pool, Castaway Cay, excursions and even if you are going to a beach on one of the islands without doing a Disney excursion you can gettowels by the pool to take off the ship with you. I don't know where you are staying before and after the cruise but most hotels provide towelsto use at their pools also. Take the beach towels out and save the room for something else :goodvibes

One last question - do any of you take beach towels at all? I could take out 2 more from the case. I know they provide them onboard, but I always have taken my own. Should I take them out?

My pirate name:

Red Anne Kidd

Passion is a big part of your life, which makes sense for a pirate. Even though you're not always the traditional swaggering gallant, your steadiness and planning make you a fine, reliable pirate. Arr! pirate:

at least dick won bbrother and not danielle.
once again confirming my suspicions that girls love the bad boys.pirate:
good to see jen again.   :cheer2:

yea, that sounds like a good idea on paper, but some people buy t-shirts and keep them as collectibles and never wear them.:confused3
(guilty as charged):rolleyes1
