Nancy hope you're having a great weekend. Today is a beautiful fall day, cool and crisp like you asked for here's hoping it stays that way all weekend for you guys

What is fall? We don't get fall. It is still in the triple digits here.

Hi Carrie how are you today? Is your weather cooling down in AZ yet or are the temps. still real hot there?

Hi, Sorry just answered this one in my last post. We are going up north for the weekend and it is getting cooler up there. I will have to go check the weather for up there.

We must have been posting at the same time. Still triple digits in mid Sept. yikes. It is around 60 here today.

Looks like 73 for the high and 48 for the low. I can not wait.

We are just going to our cabin so must of the stuff if already up there. All that is left to do is pack the ice chest and I can not do that until I pick her up from school. I am actually cleaning the house right now. It is just the 3 of us going. It is Kelsey and Kyle's time with thier mom. Kelsey will need all the time she can get. Her mom just took a part time job starting later this month. She will work 2 nights a week. Wednesday and Friday from 4 to midnight. Well Fridays are Kelsey's night with her mom and she does not get home until 3:00 so we will see how things go.

So, I think this question has been asked of everyone back a few months, but how did everyone meet there significant other?

Suz and I worked together. That's how we met.

Ok like I said I am catching up again after no time to get on here in almost 2 days.

I worked in a neighborhood drugstore during high school and x-ray school and Al worked in the sporting goods store next door and he would come into the drugstore to buy candy on his break for an evening snack. That's how we met. That was about 23 years ago that we met and it is our 20th wedding
anniversary next week!

You and me both. I have lived here my whole life. I want out. But the kids are keeping me here so I have to make the best of it.

But don't let the beauty fool you. We were there just after a storm came through (the day before) and this "glass-like" bay was nothing like it was suppose to be.

I was holding DS and jumping waves with him. This one came in (must have been about 6' when it broke) and I missed judged it. It was the scariest time of my life. The rush knocked my glasses off and DS out of my arms. Luckily DS fell to down to where my feet were so I felt him. The back current was extremely strong with that wave. If he didn't hit my leg, I don't know where I'd find him. Never found the glasses, but that was the least of my worries.

Oh my!

Send away. I would love it. When AZ does actually get snow we will drive up north for a day just to let the kids play in it. But everyone in the valley has the same idea so a 2 hour drives takes about 4 each way. It is funny though. Cars pull off to the side of the road fill up anything they can with snow and then have snow ball fights out their car windows with people they are driving up with.
