We plan on booking the 8:15 and then hopefully getting the 11:30 Island Tour. But now it sounds like we won't be able to due to timing.

Our plan is to then go to "Public Beach" on Seven Mile Beach (I posted a while back that this is where you want to go on SMB - at least what I've read online). We think we'd have about 1-2 hours there after the island tour.

If we don't get the island tour, we may take a cab up to Hell and then the Turtle Farm (if DS wants to go there) and then to the beach. I think this would be the better way to do it anyways, but Suz thinks differently. The island tour doesn't do much more than that. If you get a good cabbie, they will tell you all about the island anyways.

I heard Hell was only a quick Photo Op with the sign - but I did hear that the Turtle Farm was pretty cool.

thats GREAT. About 3 weeks ago on a Friday night we were looking at the shelves to pick a movie to watch and without thinking I suggested Titanic. I turned around and saw a very shocked face staring at me - not until November I guess

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Pick Posiden next time (although that movie was really lame). I never watched the whole thing, just bits and pieces when it is on HBO.

Yeah, but at least I could figure out how to build a boat. :rotfl2:

I'm think Chris as Thurston. Although he may make a good Maryann. :lmao:

Nancy's gotta be Lovey.

Who would be Skipper? Guess we should give that to Steve since he started this thread.

Who would be Gilligan? I say Mike. He'll get himself in trouble somehow with Robin.

I'd have to say Robin would be Maryann. Down to earth and good hearted.

That leaves Ginger. I don't want to touch that one.

I had a feeling I'd be Lovey. That's perfect if Chris is Thurston. I'll get to stay in a suite, go on a back to back cruise, and spend all his money on vacation while Chuck is watching all the kids and the chicks with his mirrored sunglasses. :dance3:

Good night everyone. Good luck to the Losers tomorrow.(Do we have any left?)

Loser1 to Loser2, come in...over....

It has been a tough night, I am STARVING tonight for some reason. It's a zillion degrees here but at least the sun has finally gone down! :scared:

I've tried REALLY hard to come up with an excuse NOT to work out tonight but I can't find one, other than I don't WANT to!!! :headache:

So, off I go....have a date with my elliptical! :yay:

Ok, all done! :scared:

So, how is everyone else doing with their "Lose for the Cruise" plans??? :yay:

Is that your pen name Chris?:lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

Sounds like the name for your next TR Brenda. Have-a-Hoot with The Heathen and the Heretic Hilariously-Hopping Hand-in-Hand-Holding-Hoppers.

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I wish....:rolleyes1

I'm trying to get the kids up and running on the kids boards. Do you know if the 18 year old nephew posted there if someone would get huffy? He's in between you know? Not quite a kid but not an adult either.

Post away fella..:thumbsup2

I believe it's the meeting for AA.

Brenda Love have they find someone else to chair the meet for you?..:confused3

Chuck is in charge at the pool and AFEG is in charge in the evenings. That's what I heard.;)

Like i said as long as they bring thier own beer and and crack pipes the more the merry i say....:dance3:  :dance3:

Ok here is one for all the UKers.

Is is true when you cook all your measurments are in ml?

Yes true...But we also still use pints too..:rolleyes1

Not looking to correct the teacher (who am I kidding, I always love to call out the teacher or the boss) but there are only 36 inches in a yard. There are approx. 39 inches in a metre.

Oh and by the way, if you talk to some men (like Chris) they believe a foot consists of only about 5-7 inches. :scared1: :lmao:

MEMO TO ALL OTHER MALE TRAVELERS: BEWARE WHEN USING THE THE SHIPS LAVS WE HAVE A PEEKER...:rolleyes1

Linda,

Glad to see you back on the DIS.

Did you already have your B-day party? How was it?

We're all waiting for details and pics. :thumbsup2

Im Back !!! :cool1:

SUCH A HECTIC WEEK !

I had my birthday party Sat ( even though im not 40,till the 17th ! )
It was a great night. None of my friends had a clue about what we were doing. Elouise and her friends had a wizz around first, while we were all in our lounge, drinking champagne. :thumbsup2 We then came outside and I gave each friend a card with a friendship quote in ,that was personal to them, and a lottery ticket for that night ( sadly no one won :sad2: ) we then had some photos by the limo and we were driven to Oxford ( about 30 mins drive) the limo was a hummer type that held 15 people, so we could lay out if we wanted to ( we did on the way homw, as we were all a bit worse for wear! ) We had 5 bottles of champers in the limo and a great sound system..... we were singing Abba songs on the way home!
It had a smoke machine, Psp, Dvd TV and mirrored ceilings with disco lights. Me and my mate put out lipstick on, looking in the ceiling. What at the time seemed hysterical ! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

We were dropped right outside the comedy club. I had to join all my mates in secret over the last 8 weeks, as its members only. We then had a table right in the front. We ordered food, and 8 jugs of sex on the beach! The show was very very funny, the guys were so quick and some of the topical stuff they discussed was spot on. I was bursting for the toilet, but didnt dare get up till the break, other wise the comdedian, might pick on you ! we then danced the night away till 2am and got the limo to met up right outside. What a a great way to travel ( especailly if you are in high heels ! ) I had a really great night!!!:grouphug: I have some wonderful mates. I got lots of cool gifts, including a digital photoframe, thats well cool. I didnt even know these existed!

Sure to post some photos soon...... just need to edit them !!!! Otherwise my " Mrs Lush" name might just stick for the cruise ! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Not much. The only thing you need to concern yourself with is that they moved the sail date and itinerary on us.

Also, since you weren't here to decline, you are the leader at the DIS meets.
