OK im on Yahoo home page, how do the heck do i get to our bit????

IM LOST !!!!!

HELP

Lindy - I just click on "groups" then sign in and it brings it up cos I have been on the site already. Dint get any further than that though. Couldnt find how to change my name - I didnt choose pudpie karen by the way - Yahoo gave it me. It asked me for a memorable name - I used to call Ellis my little Pudpie and it just popped into my head and then before I knew it Yahoo had named me pudpie-Karen! I would love to change it to Karen Mouse - everyone knows me as that - even on ebay etc! Someone wrote a cheque to me the other day addressed to Karen Mouse -:lmao: - she had to write a 2nd then nearly did the same on the envelope!:lmao: - bless her. God help me but I'll probably call you Lindy Loo on the cruise:rolleyes1 . I try to use everyones names as much as poss but I still have to look at my "cheat sheet" quite often. Geez I forget my own name half the time.:confused3

Yes, hes on the waiting list but god knows how long - same length as a piece of string - could be weeks - equally he could still be waiting when he's 11!

Just had the most obnoxious viewers round. They were due at 7.30pm, so I was sitting relaxing with a cuppa after our dinner - plates etc still on dining table etc and saucepans all over kitchen when they turn up 50 mins early. Asian man with 2 asian women. Barely wiped their feet and muttered to each other in their own language the whole time. At the end the bloke offered! - told him to talk to the agent and that we'd had other offers that ere better than his. In other words S*D OFF OUT MY HOUSE AND DONT COME BACK.

Not many chocolates left either - will have to make do with wine.

I wasnt made to deal with all this - I have a short fuse when it comes to annoying or rude people:mad: - my mouth takes over and turns me from a mild tempered 5'3" woman into a fierce loud and very angry woman - a bit like the hulk I guess!:lmao:

This made me smile - yes! - I did say me smiling! Theres a first for everything!

Just an FYI...

I printed out our DIStag magnets tonight. I used Cass's great DISboard mickey head image.

Just want to give Cass "kudos" for all her help and coming up with that fantastic idea!!:thumbsup2

Also, I heard from Jeff today. He is still "lurking" about our thread. Let's all encourage him back to post here. I myself sure miss his wit and character!! C'mon Jeff....we miss you!:cool2:

Good morning everyone.:wave2:

Thank you Nancy for your hard work on the tags. :goodvibes

Hope everyone is well and feeling cheerful today. I am trying to be optimistic today - not sure how long it'll last but hey:banana: - Its 9.50am and I'm ok so far:lmao:

going to see the house again for 2nd viewing at 10.30am. We're still thinking of moving there and hoping a space will become available before he turns 11 yrs. :confused3

bye for now and stay happy:goodvibes :goodvibes

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH........Just been to the viewing - we really do want this house. Popped into the school and spoke to the Admin lady and the Head. There is a child leaving at Easter from year 1. She asked if we would be prepared to ferry Ellis to and from until we actually moved - WE JUMPED AT THE CHANCE! She wont commit to letting him have the place and there are others on a waiting list (but they live miles away) until our offer has been accepted etc but it looks a lot more promising than it did yesterday:banana:  Please send as much pixie dust as you can spare and I'll sprinkle it over the Headteacher! I am mnot too proud to grovel. I wonder if a donation to the school would help:rolleyes1

Oh geez - I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited I could burst.:yay:

I'm off to ring the agent.

Paige, thanks for fixing up your profile on Yahoo. Now I know who two of us are. :rotfl2:

Karen, all the praise goes to Cass. All I did was print them out. (It's about all I could handle myself). :lmao:

LindyLooHoo...

Thanks for the great little surprise in the mail yesterday!! That was so thoughtful of both you and Elouise. BTW...I particularly loved the part from Elouise!!

Kristin snagged it up to place in her bedroom somewhere. Her room is all about London, Paris, Rome and Munich. Very European.:yay:

Thank you for all that dust stuff.:goodvibes - fingers crossed it works!

You'll all be avoiding me muttering "oh god here comes that woman who talks about her house all the time - quick hide before she sees us!"

Nancy - please could you tell me how to alter my yahoo login name? I am THAT stupid that I need step by step instuctions - I would happily change pudpie-Karen to Karen Mouse if I knew how!:surfweb:
