Haven ( the name of the static caravan park ) have characters... not as good as Disney, obvioulsy, but Elouise Loves Naughty Ned, cos he is so naughty and fun.. here she is with him, after this picture he pulled her bunches out of her hair ! this was a major highlight to her !

Thanks for all the welcomes!!!! I am very excited to learn about all of you and then try to meet up with you all. It is very hard to jump in now and learn about everyone so please be patient with all my questions.
Now to explain how I have only gotten to go on 4 prev. Disney Cruises and my husband 5.
My husband and his best friend (husband of my work partner)(also they are coming on the cruise with us) are POTC freaks!!!! So for the premier of the POTC2 movie the friend said "wouldn't it be neat to see POTC2 in the caribbean?". Well that's all we needed to hear. We booked them on the July 06 3 night cruise for the premiere on the ship. Just them two. While we sat at home with the kids. i think we had temporarily lost our minds when we didn't book ourselves. It was a total surprise for them. They flew to Orlando without even knowing they were going on the cruise. They didn't find out until the morning they needed to head to the port in their convertible we had rented for them.
So anyway we sent with them in an envelope marked not to open until a certain date after they were on the ship money for our deposit for this cruise.

Total of 5 kids coming with us.
Mine: DD11, DD4======staying at home DS 1
Friends: DS 9, DS 6
Neighbors: DS 6

Looking forward to trying to keep up with all of you!!!!

My hubby and I had to cancel this cruise but I like the people here so mcuh that I have become a resident hanger-on. Actually we're going to be at WDW before you guys leave for the Magic so I'm hopeful that some of us will have a chance to meet in person.

This is a great group - friendly and helpful and funny.

You can stay on a "hanger-on" as Brenda put it. Hey, that will bring us up to 3. I think we may give the UK and WI cruisers a run.

O.K., I have to post on this one.

First, cute picture. E is adorable.

But more importantly, I think "Naughty Ned" may have rubbed off on her. Please refer to a certain finger on her right hand (the one holding something)that is extended in that picture.

Guess she does think he's #1.

My screen name story:

"Poohbush" dates back to our honeymoon trip to WDW in '95. I really wanted my picture taken with Pooh. (This was before we knew about Disney info websites.) We had gone to Town Hall in MK and asked where Pooh would be hangin' out for photo ops. We kept missing him. Several times throughout the day. It got to be rather frustrating after about the 3rd missed time. Then I got rather determined. I began stalking Pooh! I said I was going to ambush Pooh, which got turned around to I was going on a "Poohbush!"

I did finally get my picture with Pooh. As if I was going to let him escape me!

What a great story

Oh my god - I hadnt noticed either!!!!!!!!! Ellis stuck his 2 fingers up at Neil the other day - I thought Neil was gonna have a heart attack. He "learnt it at school...dont you just love other kids - he came home with "sh*t" the other week too. Neil asked him why he wasnt eating his dinner - "cos its sh*t" came his reply. We nearly fell off our chairs in shock - it was even worse that he put the word in the right context

Ellis loved that annoying theme tune at Haven... "we're hunting for tigers, blah blah blah,...we're having fun in the t t t tiger club"....god it was in my head for weeks and you've just put it back in now - CHEERS LINDY - I OWE YOU ONE......here you are - stick this in your head for the next week....... ..........Its a small world after all....its a small world after all... its a small world after all. its a small small world... theres is just one moon and one golden sun, and a smile means friendship to everyone.....etc....did it work...are you humming it?

I also found Anxious the Elephant from Haven extremely annoying , although I did quite like Naughty Ned cos he cheated at the games

Haven is a great cheap break away - which park did you stay at? - it looks like a lovely view.

I'm off to bed....oh by the way - the viewers turned up and seemed to quite like it - I wont hold my breathe though for an offer - given up all hope nowadays.

OMG Karen Ive got that tune in my head too now !!!!

We stayed at Devon cliffs. Its their biggest flag ship park with Declour spa there, so that was lush!!!

I will try and get you a picture of anxious....
