October 2013!

Booked our trip this morning!

Oct 15-20 staying at WL (CL), 4 day base tkt, DP

Tentative plans...(all subject to change a bajillion times)
2 days at Epcot for F&W
1 day at MK (will also be our MNSSHP day)
1 day at AK

We will start narrowing down our TS after our trip in Dec (have to figure out which ones are hits and which ones are misses!!)

Would like to do HDDR this time around since transporation from WL would be easy.

Oh, and the biggest thing...this trip will be a complete suprise for the kids. They will be 11, 10, 4 & 3 by then.

Now comes the LONG wait until Oct 2013!!!!!

We were planning our next trip for Jan 2014, 3 night cruise and then 6 days at WDW. We recently decided that was too long for us to be off work and for the kids out of school. So we ditched the cruise, then decided to move our trip up to October of 2013! I just actually got a quote and I'm trying to get an answer out of DH if we are 100% or not, but unfortunately family emergencies have him a little preoccupied.

Anyway, this will be our first October trip and we are looking forward to MNSSHP and Food and Wine fest! We also were going to do a split stay at AKL and BLT, but then DH saw the new Cars area at AOA and changed plans! Looking at 10/19-10/24!

I'm sure I'll be going in October 2013 but I have to get my 2012 trip completed before I start planning for 2013!

Booking tomorrow. September 30th trough October 8th. We'll be staying at AoA Cars Resort.

I didn't know which thread to post in so I just did both.

I just made a reservation for the Contemporary Resort, 10/20-10/27/13.

I can't believe I'm booked this far in advance for October 2013:eek:

we are planning on an Oct 2013 trip but can't give any real datees until next years school calendar comes out. Plus I have to finish planning for Dec this year and March next year.

Hi gang,
I need help! I thought i was a Disney Expert, but i was mistaken.
I thought i read somewhere that free dinning was offered for oct 2013, seems far out but i swear i read it.:confused3

If I recall, free dining for next year is available but only to UK residents. We Americans have to wait until next summer for our free dining deals.

Just found this site because of this thread. I think I'm in love.

We're planning our first WDW trip October 2013. We've done DL several times, but never WDW. We're so excited!!!!! Planning to do a family suite in Art of Music.

Going from 10/17-10/20/13. Have to wait until March to book but hoping DH and I can get a BW or BC studio for our 10th anniversary. This will be our first F&W. I'm so excited because it's also our first kid free trip. They're upset but we're going in January and what they don't know is we plan on going in June also. I'm hoping Boyz II Men will be playing the Eat to the Beat concert while we're there. I love them!

Hi all! This will be our first Disney trip! I have a 4 year old son who will be 5 1/2 when we go. I'm so excited!

We will be there Oct 5th-12th and we will be staying in Port of New Orleans French Quarter (I think). Everything is still very tentative this far in advance and relies heavily on if they offer free dining for those times. Historically, as far back as 2009, they have offered it during that first weekend of October. But, if they change it this year, we will just have to be flexible and move it. It makes the trip affordable for us with the free dining.

I already have a spreadsheet of which park I want to visit on which days and which ADR's I want to make. :) Now, I will just need to put it all aside and forget about it for a while, because that is a LOOOOONG time off. :)

Hi gang,
Count us in!!! We are actualy planning a family reunion @ Disney oct 1-12, dates not set in stone yet. We will be there for oct 5 either way, as thats our sons 13th birthday. As of now i have over 100 family members invited and 25 have given a hard yes! We will be staying at Cbr, but will have family members at several other on-site and off site resorts. It will be me and my wife, both disney lovers and our 2 sons-13 and 3 and my daughter one and a half.

Not to worry this is not our first time with a big group in 2008 we did 32 family members in the park at the same time. It was great. It just so long away,:sad1:

Also would be interested in a dis meet in the park or hotels, if you read my tag fair tags you'll understand why.;)

But the tag fairy is mistaken! You spotted my oversized green mickey head on a Pop bus!

I am good! We just got back from Disney in June. We took our just hs graduated foster daughter down to experience it. She doesn't like our commando Disney style. :) We'll be heading back down this fall again, but the kids think just DH and I are going.

Hi everyone!

We have just booked our trip for Oct 4-14, 2013. We are staying at AoA Nemo Suite, there are 6 of us plus we are traveling with my cousins family, total of 5 of them. We are soooo excited to be heading back to the World. Our last trip was June 09, our cousins have never been. We will be celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary, one of their daughter 16th birthday and the other daughters 21st birthday....what better place to celebrate!!:cheer2:

I also sent a request for Facebook.....looking forward to hearing about everyones planning and strategies!

This is going to be our third trip , we are very seasoned travelers to Disneyland , about 7x per year. I am curious when I will know what the hours are for the parks as well as information on Tables in Wonderland.

Hi everyone! With a pin code, booked 10/26 - 11/3 @ CSR!!!! party: My 2nd trip to the world this year, and my DH's 1st trip this year. Bringing DS (29) with us, and we are SO looking forward to this trip!!

This is a big trip for us...belated 30th anniversary celebration...and I was able to book Le Cellier to add to the fun. Love their pretzel bread, and of course the steak too. :thumbsup2

Our 1st trip (together) to WDW was with my parents, celebrating our 1st anniversary...I had recently found out I was expecting our DS (29)...so it was his 1st trip to the world too...although he tells me he doesn't remember it.
