Hi Liza, we are already on the list, but we have added dates and switched hotels! Our new dates are 10-29 to 11-5 staying at the Desert Inn. We couldnt' pass up the great price ($550.00 for 7 nights including tax & resort fees)! I am so excited we were able to add two more days!

Hi everyone! Due to work commitments our disney trip got changed to 9th Oct - 21st, and I've only just realised thats the Mickey's halloween party time, and am now really worried about crowd levels and extra tickets etc! Can any body help quell my nerves? I've had a look at the party thread and am just getting the gyst of the events, will we be able to buy tickets online if we live overseas? I'm a bit worried spending out more $ on top of our $8000 trip especially as if we dont buy party tickets our already expensive park hoppers will only last till 4pm? I know I'm probably worrying about nothing, just coming so far to the resort for a once in a decade trip, so much to take in! By the way these threads are such a help, you guys are all awesome!

10/31 - 11/5 at the HoJo. Bought my tickets yesterday to beat the price increase.

Your info has been added, too. Tried and true HOJOs. Lots of DIS'ers choose HOJOs and I can't blame them. Good location and prices.

We have AP's and will be renewing on this trip - but this time, my parents are going with us, so I am in charge of making the plans and reservations which stresses me out since they'll need park tickets too.

We get there on October 31st. Nothing like waiting until the very last moment! lol Our trip officially starts October 26th but we head to Vegas first and then drive to California on the 31st just in time to take in that nights festivities!

Forgot to mention we will be there from October 31st until November 6th and will be staying at the Desert Inn.

Tomorrow we're meeting with a travel agent and at this point it looks like we're going 10/15 - 10/22.

Theres 9 of us in our group with my family and all. Its a gift to my parents for their 40th anniversary (which is in December). DL is one of their favorite places to take their one and only grandchild. Technically we'll be at DL from 10/15 - 10/19 and then spending the last few days in SD.

Hotel is TBD but it looks like its probably going to be PP.

Got your dates added! We are staying at the VGC around the same time! We will attend MHP on the 25th as well.

We'll be there Oct 18-22 staying at PPH and attending MHP on October 21. We are celebrating DS's 3rd birthday -- I hope it is an incredible magical week for him!! And I hope he finds a costume he likes for the halloween party Can't wait to see what he chooses! SO EXCITED!!!!

Thanks Jessica . I just got too way behind when the end of the school year duties took too much time. Then the kids are off to camp and what not. I'm getting it done though.

I was just thinking about you yesterday, and wondering if you were going to make it to Halloween Time anyway. I don't want to remove your dates from the list. Thinking positive thoughts that you can make it.

I am still in the planning stage but will commit this week. I am planning on arriving late on 10/5 and leaving on 10/10. This should give me 4 days in the parks. It will be my 13 year old daughters 1st trip. I am looking at staying at Embassy suites south cause of the breakfast deal We will be travelling from Oregon.

I update the first post only. When the list is repeatably posted, the likelihood of mistakes increases. It also makes it easier to find the list when it is located one post.

Also, I will add information to the first or second post when needed. For instance, I will add a link to the 10 day weather forecast in the fall. Hope that helps.

We will be at DL 22nd of September until the 27th of September staying at the Fairfield by Marriott. Then at the end of our trip we will spend the 8th of October untill the 11th of October at the Grand Californian.

Welcome to DISboards, JennyN! I have added your dates to the list. Coming in from Australia gives you reason to go to DLR twice in one trip. You should have a grand time and enjoy the West Coast, too.

I going October 11-15th. It will be me, by DD (10), and my Mom!!! We are staying at the Best Western Anaheim Inn. This trip was just decided this week when Southwest posted their 40, 80, 120 deal. I couldn't pass up a chance to go to my happy place!!!
And since I am doing a BIG vacation to WDW in May, 2012, this DL trip is on a budget. No Halloween Party this year. We did the party last year so I don't feel too deprived....well, not right now. We'll see if I still feel that way when I see everyone going to the party...haha.

Your information has been added. I say it is to always a great strategy to take advantage of low air fares to get to DLR. As MHP approaches, I can see how you may change your mind on buying party tickets. I know I couldn't hold out myself.
