I have my fingers crossed for all of you.

SJS, F! do you know where the most current list is? Is it on here? I found a list on the Dis but still has the same dates as original for my dates. Was wondering if they added more shows.

I have not checked Disney site or TP or easywdw to see if their calendars have been updated with the addition of F! for all nights in Oct. The only place I saw it was on the TA calendar and I can no longer access that calendar I know Oct 18 did not show F! for that evening, I am thinking DHS must be booked for a private party maybe with all the conventions there that week.

I was looking at my original plan of only going to fantasmic if they add a second show and I do think we will go with that, we have never seen it but hey, DH wants to see ELO , I want to see Boys II Men, both at F&W, we are doing MNSSHP, Wishes one night with the dessert party, I just think it is still going to be too much of a hassel to go to an earlier show of F!

I wondered the same thing about the rck in the URL. But there are several reasons why I think this is a discount:

1. If you click thru to book and look in the bottom left it shows Rate Details. This doesn't show up if you book the regular way. The details are discount rate disclaimer language. One of them says the smile rate in the ad is based on cheapest room in Value season.
2. The lowest rack room rate is $82. The advertised $63 is 25% off. So unless it's false advertising, there's a discount there.
3. This is the same verbiage they used on the last RO discount. Different dates of course.
4. We are expecting a discount any day now. CMs have said the beginning of Sept. We know one will come eventually so this is not unexpected.
5. Yesterday there was a link to this page from the especial Offers page. Very briefly and then it was taken down.

Why it's on the front page the way it is, I have no idea. It's very misleading to people who don't know the rates. It clearly isn't tied to an active code at this point. But it seems very likely that it will be. No guarantees, of course. But we know the discount is coming; it seems probable that this is it.

The quoted price of the value plus the listing of the fall dates Sept 30 thru Nov 18 and Nov 26 thru Dec 22.
As far as I know those dates have not been mentioned before except with the Current FD Promo.

The are no guarentees but we can hope to believe something is coming very soon.

Is there really going to be a discount on the rack rate? Or it is only for value resorts? Where is this information coming from?

It was almost a given that when F! was only scheduled for 2 nights during the week that they would add a second show , especially with them holding pm EMH on the same evenings, now I am not so sure they will

I am a tad bit sad they added the extra shows since all it did for me was raise the crowd levels for our DHS day , if we decide not to try and squeeze in going to a 7:30 show which will clash with all our dinner plans that week

I am glad you are mentioning this. I haven't checked the calendar in a long time and the last time I looked it was only showing one night of our week there. Off to see what has been added...
edited: I just checked and it is now offered every night of our trip. I was previously avoiding DHS the one day it was offered due to increased crowds in the park that day, but now we can see it. Yay!

Sorry guys but in my opinion this is not a room only deal. I also got info in my free vacation dvd i ordered with the same information. Wish it was a deal cause i need one but i just don't think it is.

I noticed that, too! I really think this is just one of their regular examples of a trip. I think my first instinct was correct--this is not going to be a discount. I hope I am wrong, but I don't think I am.

it is an example of a regular trip. I booked with a PIN for november and I know exactly what we paid, so i followed the minnie mouse link and put in all the details of my current trip at CB and it's quoting the same price I was quoted before I received a PIN.

But.... we also had planned on going to DHS one morning later in the week that now F! is offered so that day may end up more crowded then I planned hmmmm.

You're right on the calculation. But this is in fact the same sample used on the promo for the last RO discount (Aug -Sep). So not sure at all what to make of it. Also, the rate details indicate it's a room only discount - not a package. And then there are the dates. Whatever it is, right now it's confusing.

I'm still expecting the RO discount to come out by Tues or Wed whether it's linked to this page or not. But we shall see. My plans are the same regardless.

Yes, that's what we're saying -- right now it's booking at rack rate. But everything about the ad indicates it's a promo.

Perhaps it's an IT mistake. (It was certainly a mistake when they put it on Special Offers and then removed it.) perhaps the code isn't active yet. We just don't know.

I truly hope it is not a rumor. It is killing me to pay rack rate..especially when I did not book the bounce back offer on our last visit.
