I am a big spreadsheet user, as well. Color coded, Touring Plans, ADRs - the whole nine yards! I store mine in Google docs so I can access it from anywhere.

I have the Undercover Tourist Iphone App, and I went for the Touring Plans membership, the calendar and the ride schedule was totally worth it!

I am waiting patiently for a code for October 9th to 14th. Or an AP discount... We were originally going to VWL and I was renting DVC points. The others in our party changed their minds and want to go to Coronado Springs now...unfortunately even the 20% discounted rate on that one is less than what the VWL would have been...sigh...paying more for a lower level resort...sigh again...

Much like others, we received a PIN code for October 10/1-10/6 and 10/10-10/31 for 20% off at select Disney Resort hotels.

Value $76 per night, plus tax Sunday - Thursday
Mod $136 per night, plus tax Sunday - Thursday
Delx $248 per night, plus tax Sunday - Thursday (AKL or WL only)

A pin code like that would be perfect for me! Just went and created maps to try and get the ever elusive pin code. Some day, some day! I'm over due!

I got mine within 24 hours of making my map. The email even said,
"GAME ON, XXX Family! Thanks for creating a customized map online! Now it’s our move."
so I know it was because I made a map. Too bad it was the worst version of Game On with only free hopper/water parks and nothing else

Since the group I am going with are all hockey fans and have season tickets to the local hockey team, we have to wait for the schedule to come out before we have our dates secured. Although, we are looking at either Oct 8-15 or Oct 29 -Nov 5.

If it makes you feel any better when I priced my trip I put in the 17th to the 27th the email I got included pretty much all of October except for Columbus Day weekend (which is usually worth avoiding if you can). The email said, "For stays most nights 10/1/11-10/6/11 and 10/10/11-10/31/11."

No...I mean Hershey Bears (Not a Flyers fan...sorry...LOL ) I am a full season ticket holder and I am NOT patiently waiting for the schedule to come out so I don't miss an important game. (I also have a friend that plays for the Ottawa organization)

Not to make the thread go off topic, BUT.....I used to love when the Phantoms and the Bears played each other! So many fights and they were really good games.....I wish we hadn't lost our affiliate.

NOW....when the heck is free dining going to be released!!!!! I am not patient on a good day, let alone when everyone is knocking on my office door with yet another problem that needs to be solved "right now".

Dates include 10/1-10/6 & 10/10-10/31 for values and moderates. 10/1-10/6 & 10/10-10/22 for Deluxe.

Our dates are set for October 28th through November 5th. (we have our airfare & MNNSHP tickets. . .but have been holding off on the room)

I called this evening for quotes and thought I'd share. . .

Value weekend rates were $73.50
Value weekday rates were $57 or $66 (? I'm sketchy on this one)
Moderate weekend rates were $121. (and change)
Moderate weekday rates were $114

From the online 'standard issue' quotes, we'd save $221.78 on a value stay & $404.96 on a moderate stay with this offer.

The offer is good until 7/28.

Just figured I'd throw that out there for all of us watching for FD or other discounts & pins. . .

I would love to get a pin code like that! I called today to ask if there were any codes for me, and she told me no, and told me she wasn't seeing pin codes for october yet. *sigh*. That 30% is a great deal. I think it's just so unfair that only some people get pin codes. I've stayed onsite many times and still, no code.

This is the one time that I am hoping to get a pin code or a decent deal is released for October. I think I'll call soon to see if their is a pin attached to my name, haven't done that yet.

I have rec'd a couple pins in the past, none this year, but they were always for times that we couldn't go. Ugh!

Well, DH has received an offer for about 15% off and a PIN for free hopper/water parks passes, so neither is a better deal then our current 20% with AAA. But they are coming out. both offer/PIN have have had most dates from 10/01 - 10/10 and then 10/21 - 10/31 (which is of course all but one of our days). Hopefully we get a FD or better room % soon.

Both offer/PIN have been for Moderate and Value rooms only, so it seems like right now they are trying to fill those first.

Why would the dates from 10/10 through 10/21 be blocked out? I know 10/10 is part of the holiday weekend, but wouldn't Halloween be more of a smart date to block out than 10/14 or something?
