Greetings! My husband and I booked this cruise in October while we were on the Dream. We've sailed this itinerary before on the Magic but loved it so much that we wanted to try it again on a new ship.

I'm Brenda and he's Jason ... just the two of us; we're DINKS who love food and booze. Probably won't take part in any exchanges but always happy to meet up for a quick drink or hello with fellow DISers.

We're also sailing for my birthday, which is the 17th. I'm lucky that way! :goodvibes

Hi, Cheesy Bendy Brenda!!! I just read your blog! That was a very good blog. I hadn't really considered going to Remy, but after reading your blog, I might just have to give a try. I have been to Victoria and Albert's and Remy sort of reminds me of that experience. I may have to give up one of my Palo meals to try it out.

Well, we can keep the "Disney" in there. How about "Magical Dreams on the Wonderful Disney Fantasy"?

How about Magical Dreams and Wonder on the Disney Fantasy or
Magic, Dreams and Wonder on the Disney Fantasy or
Eastern Caribbean Dreams, Magic and Wonder on the Disney Fantasy

I like it. Especially the last one. That has everything that I want.

Hey Guys

Some good ideas. Why add all the other ships we are going on the Fantasy not all the others. In my mind it just to much clutter. Make it short and sweet.
Second of all if you wanted to make shirts which I know some cruisers do you won't have enough room to make it fit.:confused3:confused3
No offence as I said some good ideas but I think it should be a lot shorter.

I still like mine because it incorporates just both of the new ships

I wish I knew how to upload pictures. Our cruise logo for my last October cruise was a bit longer than this one and no one had problems with putting them on shirts, magnets, cds, or any of the other FE gift that were given.

I don't think the length is too long as I have seen longer and used longer ones before.

Sunshine if you want to be able to download pictures so you can put them on the Board you have to download them to Photobucket. From there you will be able to put them on the board. (Example)

Welcome! I'm fairly new to this thread myself ... doesn't seem to be much chatter but maybe that will pick up as we get closer to the sail date.

Hi Everyone.....

As of 9 AM PST (from Sunny San Diego, CA) we are officially joining you all and I'm so excited.... Moved us from a 4 nt Dream to 7 night Fantasy.... I got nervous that 4 days wouldn't give me the fix I need..:woohoo: A little about myself and family....

I'm Cyndi, 38, Mommy to 5 and Grama to 2. Married to Ricky, 34, who indulges my every whim, including my Disney needs. DVC owners at VGC since 2009, Disneyland Annual Pass holders and frequent visitors of the original "House of the Mouse" since infancy....:goodvibes

I'm currently a SHM who is job hunting to raise more money to take more cruises, and I know you all understand:rotfl:

My husband works in the Aerospace industry as an accounts Manager for Goodrich Aerostructure. 4 day work week (MBN) and 3 days to be my BFF:lovestruc

I have a 21 year old daughter who flew the coop and is married with 2 boys (4 and 1), an 18 year old son who works for his Father's Family in Los Angeles.

I am now down to 3 at home...... 16 1/2 year old DD who will NOT be joining us on any more trips due to the fact that it's not worth risking her grades (she has a hard time catching up after a week off), DS who will be 9 at time of sailing, and DS who will be 7 at time of sailing.....

problem is..... we are not sure if the boys are going yet or not.:confused3

Hubby and I have NEVER taken a trip solo, so we are deciding whether this will be the one or not...... Have NOT booked the boys yet, but we may add them later on. If we can, great....... if not, then it wasn't meant to be for them.

I just have a hard time leaving them behind, but I'm sure I will get over it once on board with all of you!

This is our 3rd DCL cruise. Did WC on Magic in 2010, MR on Wonder in 2011, and now this! Still need to do the Dream in 2013!

I am in for FE and any other fun we can all come up with.... Can't wait to start chatting with you all..........:banana:

a question for any of you who have cruised to Nassau and taken an excursion to Atlantis.

my mom loves to gamble and wants to go to Atlantis specifically for that reason - she's considering joining us next year on the Dream for a 4-night cruise. is she better off snagging a taxi locally at the pier or booking something through DCL? She has no interest in a tour of Atlantis, so I'd hate for her to spend money on something she's not even going to do (she would sneak away from the guided tour as soon as on one was looking ... haha).

any thoughts or suggestions?

thanks! :goodvibes

gambling on Disney Boats Po

No gambling on Disney ships

I know that. that's why she's interested in visiting Atlantis. my husband and I don't gamble so we didn't bother going over there when were in Nassau this past October.

I just didn't want to leave her to the mercies of the taxi crowd at the pier if there was a better way for her to do what she wants on that day in port.
