Didn't win the lottery Friday so I can't pay for all to go on this cruise. I will try again on Tuesday. Heck, if anyone is willing to room with my mom I might even take her!!! Yeah! Right!!

I went back to the townhouse yesterday to pick up some things that I forgot, so I got to visit it again!!!! (and now I have the lock box code to get the key!!!!)

Work is stressful and everyone is fighting with everyone, unfortunately I am friends with everyone so it makes it a little uncomfortable!!! Have a great day!!

Stacey's results came in late last night and everything is good. They were thinking that she would deliver within the next two weeks and now have changed their minds. Yahoo!

Darn it Bonnie, I already have a roommate otherwise I would bunk with your mom but I would still let you pay for our trip! Nah, not anorexic yet. I don't have the veins popping out like last time. Right, Heidi?

Susan, glad you didn't have the feeling about Stacey! Now it will be fun to see if you are right about Missy.

Julie, with this talk about your dad I got to thinking about Ted's dad. They actually gave him a breathing device for deep breathing. He couldn't get out of bed so it helped with fluid in the lungs. I wonder if something like that would help your dad. Nurses??? If it would, I bet you could call a medical supply store to try and find it. It was just a cheapy contraption but MADE him breath deep and he could see if he WASN"T. It kept him on his toes.

Heidi, it isn't fun being the middle person but don't take sides at work. Wow, what ever happened to the great comradery that you all had?

It was 78 yesterday and it will be in the 70's again today. I love spring. Tomorrow I will have a birthday lunch with my mom and it will be in the 60's with rain predicted. Oh well, at least she gets out.

I can tell you what happened at work: Our Director of HR retired, the Assistant director took a year detail to DC, that left my supervisor in charge of everything....she doesn't have a clue, this is her first experience at being a supervisor, she hasn't even been here a year, and she doesn't know much about HR laws and regs. Thats why everyone is leaving. The ones that are staying is because they are either retiring in a few years or because my supervisory thinks they are god because they have a Master's degree!!! Me I have no choice for the next 2 years until I get my GS-12, if things get really really bad, I can leave in a year!!!

Hi all! A new Pope has been elected, he is Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger of Germany. I'm not catholic, but I think the process is incredible! Pope Benedict XVI.

Yesterday was beautiful! And today it is going into the 80's!!!!!!! It is so nice out, we are all in shorts! Tomorrow we go back into reality with 60's and 50's the rest of the week and rain tomorrow and the next, but heck, TODAY is AWESOME!!!

Heidi, keep neutral! Garry's work is having the same problems! I think all work environments are like that at times.

Sandy, veins popping out, YUCK! So, no bed rest for Stacey? YEAH!!

My cousin Kathleen went back to North Carolina so now I am back taking care of the "ladies". Yesterday I spent the whole day over their house. Today I had to go to work for my PDA training . I think they choose me because I am the most computer illiterate person at work! Just ask Bonnie. I am going over around 2:00 PM to cook pasta & shrimp for the ladies & my son.

BONNIE: You say we don't include you in anything but we had to beg you to go on the cruise last year & you knew about the Panama Canal Cruise but didn't want to commit. I think you may be getting senile! So I will include you in the December WDW plans . As a matter of fact, you can start shopping for deals too! Dolphin is $229.00 a night that week. I was hoping for a $149.00 special.

Thank you all for my birthday wishes but I decided I am NOT getting any older.

No chance of going back on the "GOOD" weekend once you move unless someone leaves, retires or dies & I don't wish that on any of those girls.

Okay I rambled on AGAIN... Watching the new Pope - very exciting for us Catholics. 80 degress today in N.J. Hope the nice weather is in your area too or moves your way. Toodles JEANNE

Hi Jeanne! Just popping in to say hi to you! The kids are still eating lunch then we are going outside to enjoy the weather. I just called my dad and told him that we will be over later this afternoon to take him for a walk. I told him he can push the stroller so he has something to hold onto. We will walk over later and then we will walk back home. We only live about 5 mins walking or 30 secs driving. Which is nice.

Jerry still has more work to do with the topsoil, but the depression looks much better.

Beautiful day today.

The drive down was so pretty. The trees were flowering and the Carolina's actually have wisteria vines just growing on the trees next to the roads! The azaleas in South Carolina were gorgeous. They will never look like that up here.

I still need to view Heidi's pics.

I still get tired pretty easily, so I took a nap yesterday and will again today. I am getting worn out doing laundry.

Next vacation is August.

Yeah, no bedrest for Stacey.

Jeanne: It seems to foreign to work a different weekend then you are used to.

I guess I will have to keep playing the lottery...trouble is the drawing for the big Mega Millions is tonight and I am already in PJ's!! Should I dare to go out in them? Why not!

I may need the lottery win...made an appointment today for Lasik eval...wish me luck...not quite as bad price-wise as it used to be. Plus payment plan. It will be worth it I think. What do you think Sue? Is it worth it? May need reading glasses after but that's OK. I told him...but I can see up close now without the bifocals...actually better...he said doesn't matter. Oh well...still worth it.

Jeanne-I will shop for deals come September. That is usually when they are announced. Too soon for them now. They wait to see how booked they can get without them.

On the subject of Jeanne...computer illiterate isn't the word!! I told her that is why they picked her. We usually send the worst to trial something and figure if they can do it anyone can!

Off to practice my harp...lesson this week and I am so far behind...she is giving me tough ones and when you can only read music a little bit it is even tougher!

Bonnie, I am soooooooooooo excited for you and the eye surgery. We were just talking about how bad you wanted it. Is there something wrong with going out in your pj's? Heidi and I do it all the time. In fact, just last night.

Bonnie - go for it. I had no problem with reading up close before the surgery but I do now. It was really bad right after surgery but now it isn't as bad. I can live with that even if I have to eventually get reading glasses. The crispness of the rest of my sight is well worth it and NO GLASSES!!! I can't believe I waited as long as I did. No more glasses fogging up, getting dirty, etc.

Glad Stacey isn't on bed rest.

Running late but will have time to post this evening. I'll have more to say then.

Bonnie - My mom and I usually go out in our pj's at night if it is past 6:00!!!! The other night we went to the townhome, the car wash, and McDonalds (for ice cream) in our pajamas. Lasik surgery - you must be so excited, I know my mom would love to do that.

I am not impressed with the American Idol choice of theme songs each week, I think they picked much better themes the last 2 years. But I did enjoy Amazing Race even though the boyfriends were booted out. I can't believe that Joyce shaved her hair, I would be balling if anyone shaved my head.....wait it would never happen so I wouldn't have to cry!!!

Mom - Just a warning, All talk today is the 6 year Anniversary of Columbine. That is all I am hearing about on the radio. I didn't realize today was the day until Alice morning show was talking about it. Maybe that is why it is such a gloomy cloudy day, when all the other days have been bright and sunny.

Jerry finished with the topsoil last night and cut the grass for the 1st time. We had a little rain this morning and now it is sunny again. But, this is the last of the nice days. We go back into the 40's and 50's starting tomorrow.

More laundry today. I ripped apart our bed and am washing everything. I am waiting till Jerry get's home to put it back together so he can help me flip the mattress.

Grocery shopping tonight. Having a hard time picking menu ideas. I am hungry, but nothing looks good.

Seems like everyone is getting Lasik surgery.

Hi guys,

A busy day today. I lost this past week 2.6. I had stalled the last couple of weeks with just a few ounces and then this. I am psyched again.

Heidi, I knew it was the anniversary. The thought of the weather is kind of eery. My radio station didn't even mention it.

Susan, good to hear you like your lasik. Bonnie and I both want it so bad but her eyesight is a lot worse than mine. I can still function without glasses except to read fine print like on medicine bottles and to thread a needle.

Denine, very good! You didn't gain on vacation. That is some accomplishment! You should be very proud of yourself!

Better run. I just got home and it is already close to 3. I didn't get anything done around the house. Had a wonderful relaxing lunch with my mom, though.
